Pony Corral / Dream Castle Dimensions?
« on: June 07, 2019, 11:53:20 AM »
One of my goals over the summer is to replicate the Dream Castle out of cardboard. However, it's a bit tricky to get sizes right without any real reference besides "that's a little more than 2 Majestys high."

Would anyone with a Dream Castle mind taking photos with it with a ruler and posting them here, or even just writing them down and posting them? Thanks!

Pony Corral / Who was your first pony?

If you remember, what was the very first pony you owned? What's their fate now - do you still have them, or were they sold or given away?

For me, it was 2004 Dress-Up Eveningwear Sunny Daze and Sparkleworks, both bought at the same time. I still remember sitting on my bed in my old room and freeing them from their boxes! They now reside with the rest of my G3 herd and are happy to share their outfits from time to time :P

Introductions / Hi Hi!
« on: May 30, 2019, 12:12:14 PM »
Hi, I'm Avery! I'm a college student in the US, and have been collecting MLPs since I was young enough to be their target audience. I still have a strangely vivid memory of getting my first ponies - the 2004 Dress-Up Eveningwear Sunny Daze and Sparkleworks - and the thrill of collecting has never really gone away (poor Sunny Daze's hair does need some TLC, though). I'm at roughly 100 ponies, I think, most of those G3s. Many of them are from my childhood! I'm one of the lucky few who never got rid of my old ponies, just left them in a box for a while.

Though I grew up with G3s, I really love G1s and hope to have a Flutter Pony someday. I'm a big softy for Baby Glory, my first G1. She's been in my herd since I was young, and for a while I didn't know G1s existed, so I assumed she was a fakie!

When I'm not trying to tame pony hair, I'm hiking, drawing, studying biology, or petting every dog within a five-mile radius. Nice to meet y'all!
