This is not the happy topic someone could expect. But for me it's the way I found to cope with the revent death of my sister. She went away in strange circumstances so making her a pony felt just like the right thing to do.

You can see where the pony was aiming before the tragic event. And then she become this beautiful new unicorn. I restored her eyes, and went to the beach to oick up shells just for her.
Hope you like her. I named her just as the nickname we used to call each other. So now she will remain with me forever.

They both have some issues, but normally which one is more interesting to keep and which one to sell?
Both have glittery symbol. One is marked spain under hoof the other nothing.

I just received my first bunch of "damaged" ponies from a french seller. For 10€ I got a baity Majesty, hair is really bad and plenty of brown spots all over.
A not too bad Masquerade, hair has been cut and eyes are a bit scratched, but she can be easily restored.
A still working but hair issued Twirler. She needs rehaired but the tail still turns... can she be rehaired?
A not too bad, but with pen drawings NSS Magic Star
And a hair issues but wondeful Starflower marked Italy.
Any advices on them? I may resell some of them if there are any interesting offers (for the Starflower)

One is Sunny Daze and the other is Scootaloo. I only brushed their hair but nothing else. I tried to sell them on eBay but never succeeded. So I try here.

Hello guys. I will look for a tutorial about how to rerhair a pony, my idea is to mix Galaxy with Whizzer so I would get an Alicorn TE but their hair is pretty bad, frizzy and dry so I thought about buying new hair in Dollyhair and redo the main and tail.
I was thinking about the original colors of whizzer from the series (blue, red, green and white with maybe some pink from galaxy) but I would like some advice about the colors. Maybe turn her to a rainbow pony... what do you think?

I want to share some of my customs here. Even if they are just the first steps l am really proud of some of them.
The first ones, where the flutter ponies wings. Which l made myself
Once l knew how to make wings l found it that we could have flutter ponies bigger and boy flutters so l turned one earth pony into it. Male flutter might be bigger than girls...

Then l changed the gender of some of the ponies since l found it ridiculous that boy ponies where only earth ponies... so l decided we would have male ponies two as pegasi or sea ponies and unicorns. I made them ties to "put" their gender out. (This was my first rogue action).
Still only the ones from the tv show keep their gender, the other may be boys instead of girls ^^
Then l decided that l could try to twinkle eye more ponies than the official ones, so male ponies, some baby ponies and earth ponies came out.
When deflocking Ribbons, sorry for those who disapprove, but l loooove deflocking ss ponies, l like having them different to me and with all their colour; l thought since her head came out so easily to try something else.
This is my last Deflocking
So l made my first alicorn, or hybrid pegasus/unicorn, mixing nss Wind Whistler and Coco berry. Which turned out great.
Then l tried the same with a bait Wave Runner and Pinwheel, and this is what l got, a beautiful couple (yes they got twinkle eyes)

The latest custom is Ohm, he is from a mix between Galaxy and Whizzer, and I didn't want him to be earth pony so I turned him into a Flutter boy. He even got a new mark.

And a customized Fizzy, her hair was a mess but body and eyes were just perfect, i like her best.

A few day back I found back my Flurry, from my childhood, but her hair was  and her wings got ripped off, which I regret, but now, look at all the process 

After rehab my Flurry I put my hands back on my first Rosedust to customize her into this flutter pony, called Orangefruit.

A few weeks ago I bought from Shaliken a beautiful brown Gusty. And since she had no hair I rehaired her, twice, because the first time the hair I bought was to thick so she looked like a punk pony. So her new look is at it goes. She is my first evil pony, there had to be some bad ones, so here she is, called Storm :-)

Since baby Gusty NBBE is so expensive and hard to find, I took the next best thing and made my own.
Here she is with mommy Gusty :-)

Hi everyone, thanx for accepting me to this forum I found on the net through am article from a mlp collector.
Let me introduce myself, my name is Santiago, my nickname is from a character from a book by Anne Rice. I am a guy (guess there must be more guys here, i hope). I am spanish, but i live in France by Switzerland. I met the Ponies when I was a little boy, and I had the chance to own 5 of them, which got lost along the way. A year ago i found the ebay sellers and from that time till now i have been able to found back some part of my childhood through these little toys i cherished So much back then.
Anyway, if you have any suggestions, questions or whatever, feel free to ask me. I would really like to meet and chat with other fellow collector as me (even if i don't consider myself as one true collector)

By the way, I forgot to say, my fav are the G1, actually I only collect them. And I have done some light customizations on some of them. I'd love to share more experiences about that with more skilled people :-)
