Hello all

I am brand new to this forum, and it's all my mum's fault.

I'm thirty*coughs*something and went to visit my mother yesterday.  She had displayed my ponies in an unused room in a formation as if Strawberry Fair (I think Sugarberry in the US?) was leading them to freedom.  I kind of melted immediately at the sight of them.  Husband very kindly allowed me to bring them all home, and I plan on cleaning them up and keeping them forever (not a seller).

Once that was decided, a bit of googling led me to various restoration sites, which all pointed in this direction.

My ponies are Gen 1 (although I have a couple that I don't know what gen they are, I just bought them about five years ago to brighten up my desk at work).  My favourites are Strawberry Fair, Bouquet and Gusty.

I watch MLP:FiM, and I adore Fluttershy (I have a couple of her already), but as for the gens in between, I'm completely clueless.

I'm delighted to be here, and looking forward to picking up some tips on how to get my ponies back to the condition they deserve to be in.
