Good morning, almost a month ago, I sent a certified package from Europe to the US, but it has not yet arrived and it cannot be followed up once it leaves the country of origin. I do not think it is lost, because it is certified. Buyers from USA, are you taking a long time to receive the packages? Approximately how many days? Thanks

Hello good afternoon  I recently bought a pony silver spoon, but I have noticed that it seems that it is discolored between body and head and it is curious, because the head is a little darker and has no shine and the body is lighter and has a matte shine I have seen this type of discoloration in other ponies, such as rainbow flash g4, but this pony surprised me a little. Is it normal? Factory error? Thanks

Hi Hello! Last June 25 we did a small private collectors convention in Spain pony. Had a great time and we did paint shop in slippers, cleaning shop, hair regraft ... We also made shirts for the convention, and even an exclusive pony of the convention by Okami was commissioned. There was also room for buying and selling and all generations were espuestas.Tambien there were custom exhibition I leave the pictures here. Hello! Yesterday I received an Italian peachy brown pony.(thanks MissPompon) I have a doubt . The tail is golden. I have beheaded (I know that had not been previously tampered with and that when a pony is beheaded has a special "seal". Washer inward hair is white, has traces of rust. Washer out is golden. and in front of the mane it has a white tufts and gold .No other brands see the hair or body has been dyed. possible discoloration of hair? Someone else who has had this particular case? Hello! I think we should have the good, but also bad. The January 9 sent a pony to a member arena. I sent by certified, as always. I had to claim that he seemed to be lost at the office of Spain, after claim, rightly, the next day out package for Italy,  and comes. But the buyer (and stating that I trust him) tells me that it is now open, with nothing inside package. Usually when ponies are expensive shipping box is not in bubble envelope, so the ponies are safer, at least I think so. I will reclamaral postal service, but I'm very sorry that I have never had any problems with the postal service.  Definitely not make any more deliveries to Italy. And also unlucky, as the buyer made me pay paypal as friends rather than as purchase. I'll have to return the money, I trust his word, but it is very unpleasant for him and for me.

I always follow the forum and see that many are lucky that you have located ponies Charity in markets or shops. I usually go to my local markets and nearby provinces, and in a brief visit to a province near Madrid, I found this: Nine Indian ponies. Amazing I want to ask for help in putting a price.
