Wanted! / Can someone help me buy Apocaps?

One of my dogs has been diagnosed with a cancerous nasal cavity tumour.
I read online that the capsule 'apocaps' developed by Dr. Dresser is a great supplement. This is not available in Sri lanka.

Can someone please help get this for me? Will pay through paypal. Pls reply or Pm me.

I just BINd a relatively expensive non-pony item on ebay.

The seller had two auction listings for the same item, with both ending at the same time. I initially bid and lost one, but saw that the seller had relisted one figure with a BIN, I'm not sure if it was one of the same items that just sold via auctions, as it was soon after the auctions ended. I thought that was a bit strange, but since I badly wanted this item I went ahead and purchased it. However, when I now search the seller's completed listings, none of the 3 listings show up. I'm a bit worried. Is that normal and why don't they turn up?

I am in the middle of a private sale for a rather rare and expensive, non-pony item. The seller is in Netherlands. His ebay feedback is not exactly stellar, but that's due to items not arriving as described.

As it's a private sale and gamble - there will be no recourse if the item arrives in a different condition than stated (or is there?), I'd like to at least make sure my item reaches me. The seller has informed me that EMS is not available, other express courier options are expensive and the most economical and reliable shipping method is Post NL - track/trace mail.

I'd like to know if this method offers tracking until mail is delivered to recipient or only up to the point it leaves Netherlands?

Also, are there any other shipping options available that are both economical/reliable that I can ask the seller to look into?

I just don't want to get burned out of EUR2,00.00

Heard about the flea market at Amcorp Mall, but that happens only on weekends. I will be there during the week only.

Also some good placed for toy/MLP shopping would be great.

My second question here in a week

Are there any sites/agents offering payment plan options for ebay purchases? There is an expensive item that I want, ending in 3 days' time and the seller wants the full payment by the end of this month. However, if the payment can be stretched between Jan-Feb as 2 installments, I am OK.

Just wondering if there are any services like that, I don't mind paying a service fee/interest to the middle party?

Not sure if this is the right section to put this thread...If you come across a listing of a super rare item for an unbelievable BIN price, but the seller is new with zero feedback and no other listings to boot, will you still buy or skip?

I'm in this situation right now, and don't know what to do. Part of me thinks, just go ahead and BIN it's not a lot of money. The other part screams possible scam, stay away!
