(Edit: I found an old thread about ponies and their accessories being latex free, but no mention of hair elastics.)
Are ponies' ribbons and elastic bands made of rubber, and are they safe to handle by those with a latex allergy? (The elastic "hair ties" that G3s and G4s were packaged with come to mind, and I'm not sure if they're latex free!)

Hi everyone! I got my spouse into ponies and customs, and tonight he said wanted to join the Arena! But, I recall years ago that people who make multiple accounts (most likely from the same IP address) will get banned. We live together, so we'd share the same IP addresses and sometimes even the same computer/tablet device, but obviously we'd be separate users. How can he create an account without getting me flagged? Thanks in advance!

Today I received a translucent Starlight Glimmer from an online retailer. (I usually buy ponies in store but she was so hard to track down!) I noticed her right eye is misaligned - it was printed a bit too much to the left and missed the oval indent where the eye should be printed on. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginIt bugs me but I don't really want to go through the hassle of returning her, and the retailer might just send me another flawed pony anyway. And I guess this devalues her a bit too... but anyway! I was wondering, how welcoming of pony errors are other collectors? Or am I just too picky? Surely I'm not the only perfectionist pony collector out there!

Hi everypony! I haven't been on the Arena in a while, so forgive me if this question has been asked in the past. All my G3 boxes were opened but I taped them back together so I could store them in their original packagings. From afar, they look unopened. They're not exactly MIB like this, but sorta "mint in opened box". I was wondering if the box inserts (the backings of the pony boxes with their descriptions etc.) as well as the actual plastic packaging itself are worth anything, or increase the value of the ponies? (If not, I think I just might throw them out since I have no space for empty boxes.) Do people even collect these, or do most collectors throw them out?

I'm wearing a heart monitor right now & currently have insomnia. Please show me medical (nurse? doctor?) ponies, sleepy/nighttime ponies and/or ponies with hearts to help me pass the time!

As a university student, it's no wonder the "It's got to be my destiny" song from the most recent FiM episode hit home. Lately I've been wondering, what am I doing studying what I'm studying?! I'm not 100% sure of what I want to choose as a career when I graduate. Yet some people know what they want to be at age 3! So, I'm curious to know, just when and how did you find out what you wanted to be? (Or what you're doing if you still haven't found that out yet! ) Let's hear some stories!!

Is the Springtime (Easter) Fluttershy HTF? I've noticed quite a few ads for her that are quite pricey... but where I am, she's on sale for $3-4. (And since single brushables go for about $7-9 each here, that's quite a markdown in price!) There seems to be a surplus of her here!

Hey there BB pony collectors! I got my first metallic BB pony this week and noticed that the paint is really easy to chip & scratched. I might use mine as a keychain, but I don't want my pony's body (especially her eyes/cutie mark) to get scratched etc.
How is the quality of the blindbag ponies? Do you seal your ponies with a coating of mod podge, acrylic polymer medium gloss, glaze, etc? If so, what do you use?

Just wanted to share a photo of this pencil case of the mane 6 minus Pinkie Pie that I found a few days ago at WalMart. Not sure if they're in the US. There were also MLP lunch bags if anyone is willing to look! visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Not sure if they're new clips or the same ones seen in the UK a few months ago... but they certainly were not the same FiM clips that were out at my local H&M in the winter/spring. Here are pics I took of them (I apologize for the blurry quality, you know cellphone cams! ) Just a heads up to Canadians, and whoever else has an H&M nearby! visitors can't see pics , please register or login

I just placed a G3 pony on top of my laptop (below the keyboard, to the right of the finger mouse pad & on top of the fingerprint sensor) WITHOUT thinking. Then I ran to another room for 30 seconds before coming back & realizing that I put the pony's magnetic hoof ontop of my computer. Are the G3 pony magnets strong enough to cause laptop damage? (Or is 30 seconds too short to cause any significant damage?) Has anyone put a pony (or magnet) near their laptop before and had (no) issues?

Hey everypony! I've been staring at my pony collection for a while now and I realized I don't really like the symbols in the eyes of my G3s. I think they look better without them. I'm thinking of painting over them... Please show me your G3s (customs or not) with their original eye symbols removed!

Hi everypony! I was looking through my G3 collection when I noticed that my Petal Blossom's symbol is covered with glue from the manufacturer. I've heard that you can use nail polish remover to remove glue off ponies, but will that remove her symbol as well? Is there any other way of getting glue off ponies?
