I was working on a custom I need ready for bronycon, and I ran out of Tea Rose! I would happily get this from Dollyhair, but i am unsure about the time constraints. Anyone have a hank they would sell or trade??

These are a few more customs I made for the pony fair. The Twinkle Eyes have Swarovski crystals for eyes. Any sculpting was done with Apoxie sculpt. They are painted with acrylics and sealed with Testors dull/gloss coat. Right now I am just feeling if there would be an interest for this swap. I love turning some of the g4 characters into g1 ponies. Its always a challenge to find a pose and sometimes even get a little creative with the hair and what not. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in this sort of swap. There would probably be two different sections if there is enough interest. A basic one and an advanced one. The basic would be a basic pony like Rainbow dash or pinkie pie, while advanced would be Mr. Cake, Flim or Flam. Ponies that would need their accessories or even minor sculpting added to them. So what do y'all think. I figure 3 week sign up time, maybe a two month working time and then a week for shipping? I would love to hear ideas and feed back for this. So I found Jinafire for $6 at a thrift store (along with many others) Only problem is she is missing her hairstick and tail. I have the curly thing that goes around the hair stick...someone used it as a bracelet.
Anyone have some spares? I can buy or I can offer a free custom face up of your doll in trade. I can post pics of my work if anyone needs

So I wanted to do some work with the Celestia and Luna bases. I wanted to resculpt the wings and really deck these gals out. So I began prep as usual and my god removing those wings was HELL! I tried boiling to soften the glue and no luck. I finally got the wings out, but unlike the regular ponies who have a hollow core, the center is not solid. It looks as if the tail was inserted from the exterior. Any thoughts on adding tails to these ladies?

So first I ordered from Dolly Hair. Two weeks later it turns out that my order never went through. In a time crunch I opted to order from retro dolls. Okay not exact colors, but it will do. Two weeks later, no hair. She refunded my money and sent out the hair again. Two weeks later and still no hair. I have a swap pony I need hair for now.
Does anyone have Rasberry Sorbet or something close? I also need Blueberry Muffin, Mermaid...something along those lines.
Please let me know if you can help. Its for a g1 pegasus

My partner for the 2012 Winter Swap was Kanthaka! She mentioned that she liked frost and winter so I went with it. Her base was a white g3 whose name I do not know . One side was coated in 'ice' with a mix of Epsom salt and mod podge. I added a little sparkle to get her nice and glittery. She also has freshly fallen 'snow' made from the snow you use on models. her horn is actually an icicle formed from hot glue. The hair and tail were made from some garlend I found and the large snowflake on her hip was from a broach I got at a flea market this year. I am wanting to practice a new style of face-ups done much like the BJDs are done. I have some ideas but I really don't want to go buy just a set to have all these extra parts! I was wondering if anyone had a spare head or two? I don't much care what the paint is like, the gender or what doll its from. Let me know!

I did a swap with heftysmurf76 and this was what he asked for. She is rehaird in Vampire Venom and Candy Apple from Dolly Hair. I had a hard time parting with her. Now I need one for myself! So I am working with the group challenge and had so much fun making Barnacle that I had to make my favorite Big Brother pony, WigWam. I mostly did it to show off the accessories I made for Barnacle and practice another style of hat. Also wigwam is for sale on the custom board. Please give him a good home I hope this doesn't upset anyone with the challenge... Anyway he was painted with Ceramcoat acrylics and sealed with Testor's Dullcoat. He and his accessories were sculpted with apoxie sculpt. So with the 10 ponies in 30 days challenge and Christmas coming up I decided to get this lil gal out of my head! Sugar Puff was made from a very poor baby crumpet. This lil gal must have belonged to a VERY artistic child as she was simply covered in markers, crayon, pen and everything else. After a good cleaning what little hair she had left was removed. She received a full body repaint with a pearl finish and all the details were done with acrylics and a new liner brush. Yay liner brush. She has warm puffy ear muffs and leg warmers to keep her toasty and her hair is a mix of white witch...eh a pretty green and lovely red whose names I don't recall x.x enjoy.
