I don't collect G3 actually, but for the price i paid, i could not care less. They looked very cute! I really want to get in contact with this member. She asked me if i could put 2 ponies on hold for her, she said she could pay at the end of Februari.
I didn't hear from her anymore, and i see her last post was at 24 Februari. Does anyone know what's going on?
The ponies are on hold for her for almost 3 weeks, i really like to know if she still wants them, because someone else had interest, but i could not promise anything since i did not hear from twinkle.
Twinkle_pony, please shoot me a PM when you read this!

This was a topic i started at the old Arena. The question was who is looking for a penpal? I know i am! There were more people who'd like to do it, but i think it never got off ground. I had 3 pony friends i'd agreed to write with, but am only penpalling with one of them. I don't know what went wrong. I just haven't received a letter, which made me kinda sad. I am not trying to say mean things or make these two persons look bad, i just really wanted some penpals. It saddens me it never went through. One of them seems to actually disappeared and didn't talk to me after i tried to make some contact. So, i'm still looking for another pal. I'd really like an European pal, as i already have an overseas one. I am a very loving person, might sound arrogant, but i just know i have a big heart. I am 23 years old and turn 24 on April 1. I studied Danish langue for a while and can read/write quite some danish words. I am very interested in all Scandinavian languages, like swedish and Norwegian, they look very similar to the Danish language. I'd especially would love a scandinavian partner! I collect G1 ponies and would like someone who collects G1 too. I have nothing with G4.. I'd like to give presents to people i love, i like to surprise people with unexpected gifts (but not if one's only interested in that part). I'd love to send gifts to my penpals once in a while. I care alot about animal rights and support and donate animal wellcare. I have depressions from time to time, but i'm still very good company  Well, please only respond if you really into penpalling, i don't want the same experience again. I'll just wait to see if there is any interest.

It frustrates me! I don't get smooth layers of paint during customizing!  I always thin out the paint, like i was adviced. I use thin layers, but it ends so...uneven. I always end up disappointed when i did the body colour, it's never smooth like everyone else seems to do.. It's just so hard. It makes me like customizing less, because i feel like the worst one  What do i do wrong here? I try so hard. I read something about sandpaper to smoothen the body. How do you do it? Please give me tips so i can make the bodycolor turn out beautiful! I want to hear the secrets for smooth layers of paint. How do you work during the bodypaint? Anyone an idea if sandpaper is indeed an option? What do you suggest i should do?

a pony doesn't have a country under their hoof? I was just thinking about this. For most ponies, we know where they are coming from, even when they don't have countries under their hooves. But i see (for example) a lot of new Venezuelan ponies pop up. Have they country markings? If not, how did you guys identify them as Venezuelans? This is my question with more ponies and their countries. I wouldn't be able to identify the really special ones you almost never see. I am curious how the community did this. Help me getting some more info on this subject!

WOW! Me and my sis both collect ponies and we always go together out to find ponies! We went yesterday to a church that had organised a "rommelmarkt", i guess it is a bit different than the term "fleamarket". But oh well. You know what i found out? Ponies LOVE church. Believe you me! These cutie pies were sitting in Gods house waiting for new homes. They people in the church were very friendly! I gave some kids extra money for the ponies, because they asked so little. It was just a lovely day! The finds (lol, i could start a half dutch army): MCDonalds just put ponies in their happy meals and already they are sold! Other finds (i by the way love the 'played with' condition! My 8th custom so far! I hope you guys like her!! She has a beach theme, her legs are water and the upper body is the sand with symbols of a Crab and a Sea Star. Her hear should look a bit like beach waves, i made them with wool & added wooden beads. She was alot of fun to create but im still insecure about customizing! All customs i see here are so much better.. so much prettier!  I need that too! Im not too good a picture taker either but at least we see her right?! She was painted with Amsterdam Acrylics. I didn't know if we should make new introduction posts, but since i can't reply on the sticky ones to ask my question (and my eye spotted some old members re-introducing) i thought i'd just make a short intro. I'm hokuspokus and offcourse joining the new arena! My collection was started in 2006 and i collect the first generation only. well, i am currently 23 years old and living somewhere in the Netherlands By the way, nice job on those cool new smileys!
