In 2012, I bought a bunch of ponies (the ones in the blue covered bins) and then again this year I bought more ponies (white covered bins) and that is where they have stayed. Today, I have finally decided to go in elbow deep. I did not initially have a plan of action, but with my trusty collector's guide  I decided to go by year. I just pulled all my year 1,2,and 3 ponies minus sea ponies and babies. It makes the task less daunting. I just wish they were display ready. I am hoping by next Sunday, I will have ponies divided into keepers and sellers/traders. It was a little depressing to see that I spent money on doubles like the second set of Princess Ponies. I just did not mark them as having and therefore intentionally searched for them on ebay. Maybe I can collect the dragons for the UK versions then one set will be with the bushwoolies and the other with Spike spin-off. On the plus side, I found that I do have pearly Surf Rider so I can mark her off my list  . visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginAnybody want to help?

So I did a BIN eBay deal for a MLP play set and now my it is being held up in custom. It was sent through the GSP from somewhere in the UK. EBay has already directly refunded my money back (no playing around I guess). Does anyone have clue of what might have happened? Is there anything I can do to maybe get it delivered/out of confiscation? Its a collectable item with parts still sealed in their package. I hate to lose that play set.

I had this posted over on the trader and classified support forum, but maybe it will get more traffic here. I know this is my favorite forum Is there anyone on the forum who would be willing to ship a parcel from Germany to the US if I win an eBay auction? There are a couple of items I would like to bid on on the German eBay site. Problem is, the seller does not ship outside of Germany. I read through the thread that was created for this kind of stuff but only saw one person from Germany who is not able to assist for the rest of 2015. I would of course pay whatever fees you encounter to get items here. Thank you,

Is there a safe way to display ponies with the fading pink hair? Or are they destined to live in a dark space so that this pinkness may be preserved? I just recently acquired MO mommy and baby was excited about displaying them. Now I am bummed by the idea that they may have to live in a shoe box or something, only to be brought out for viewing in the dimmest of light conditions. I wish I could just spray on leave-in conditioner with UV protection

...to convince my husband to move these downstairs into our lower level  . Now that they are finally where I want them to be, I find my self overwhelm with the task at hand. I have no idea how I am going to display my ponies, whether there with be any rhyme or reason to my madness. I still need to fix up the armoire, not sure what i am going to do with the armoire. I read somewhere that the US does not collect import duties on VINTAGE toys. Is this correct? I also saw that we have free trade with Australia and a few other countries. So when should I have to worry about being hit with customs for a MLP related item? The only thing I buy are G1 ponies and accessories.

I am suppose to be going on a hiatus from pony buying after today. I take that back, I have given myself until Wednesday for one specific pony on eBay. But before I close the door on buying for a long time, I was hoping to get the peach version of Sweet Clover added to my army (accessories a total bonus) There was one on the German eBay website that I placed a bid on but then had to ask the seller to cancel before the auction ended when I found out wire transfer fees are around $45. But now I can not get this little girl out of my mind. So if you have this little girl and are looking for a new home for her, I have a home looking for Sweet Clover.

Just putting some feelers out there. Looking at a lot on the German eBay site. Haven't won it yet but the seller only accepts wire transfers. From my previous post, I was informed that US to Germany wire transfers can be quite expensive and sometimes tricky. I am hoping someone from across the ocean blue would be kind enough to help me with a wire transfer so there would be little to no fee at all and I would of course pay you via paypal.

Please move if not in the right forum. Was wondering how safe international bank transfers are? I live here in the US and it is for a sale in Germany. I have never done an international bank transfer and I am just a little concern about what could go wrong. Can you do a bank transfer using a credit card? I am not sure if that is any better

So just over a month ago (10/13), I had purchased a couple items off of eBay from a seller in Germany. One of those items was to me, a HTF soap on a rope for Rosette. When I check the tracking record, the only thing documented was from back on October 15th stating the Origin Post is preparing shipment and then there is a tracking number. What does that mean? That a label has been printed but possibly did not make it to the post office? I have been in contact with the seller and have not filed anything yet because I keep hoping it will show up. She has opened an inquiry with the postal services and will follow up with me. But seriously, how do parcels/packages go missing? And more importantly, why that one?
I have heard that some sellers won't ship to Germany because it takes to long to get to the buyer. Is there any hope that I may still get my soap on the rope or should I be asking for a refund?

I plan to replace the doors with glass. Will probably girly it up some with a coat of paint, stencils, and wallpaper. Hope to fit castle, show stable, pretty parlor, water fall, nursery, and a couple others in there. Realized that paradise estate is just going to have to have its own table; I laid my newly purchased PE from daydreamwinn for the first time last night, and boy that thing is a monster  . May also buy a couple of used armoires tonight. Granted book shelves would be less expensive, with little ones in the house, everything has to be enclosed So excited about getting my ponies out of their totes

I prefer loose ponies over ponies sealed in their bags. I can not refer to these little girls as MIP because a few are flawed (i.e. head slightly darker than body, pony cancer noticed on two of them). My question is, what are these guys worth? I would like to use them for trading down the road. Any chance they make equal the value of baby ponies born outside of the US?  visitors can't see pics , please register or login

I am trying to buy something off of the German eBay website. Unfortunately, I do not speak a bit of German. I asked if they ship to the US and how much in my best german using the internet to interpret. "Ich spreche kein Deutsch. Wollen sie vereinigten Staaten versender? Wie view?" Hopefully it read I don't speak German, do you ship to the US? How much? In another message, I asked about paypal. If someone could translate the following response,"vielen Dank für ihr Interesse. Das Porto kostet 7 Euro. Bezahlung mit paypal ist möglich" Does this mean they accept paypal? There is not a paypal logo on the auction page so I am at a lost  Thank you
