I picked up the Pony Rainbow Collection at Target yesterday, I'd been wanting it for awhile and there were only 3 left so I just grabbed it. I picked up the Favorites set and Cherry Berry the other day and Celestia and Zecora arrived in the mail today! I just got through opening them all.  visitors can't see pics , please register or loginSpecial thanks to Bronley for helping me get Zecora, I'm so glad you were able to get one for me. I'm just glad to be done with this whole Toys Я Us situation, I don't forsee me pre-ordering anything from them again.

I just wanted to point out that as I was browsing eBay just now, I saw a FS Pink Celestia listed as Vintage G1 in the title. What I don't get is how this person apparently knows enough about MLP or has done some basic research to know what the term G1 even means, yet they are listing something that is clearly not G1 as if it were.
This irritates me as I've seen it done alot with other things on eBay as well, it's like people are just tagging random things with popular keywords to get people to see things they might otherwise miss, but what if I told a family member I wanted G1s for Christmas or Birthdays or something, They might see something like this and think it's what I'm talking about.
I just wish people wouldn't try to pass things off as something they're not.

Ever since I became aware of existence of the toyline for the 1982 Annie film I wanted to collect them but I saw the inflated prices Amazon sellers were selling them for 2nd hand and forgot about them for awhile, but then I found out that you can get most of them for practically nothing on eBay, often MIB.
My problem is that I would like to collect them loose but I don't often see the other characters loose aside from Annie herself. I don't really like to open vintage items because of the fact that there is only a finite amount of them left and will never be made again. So my question is what is the best thing do in a situation like this?
I know that some of the ones on eBay look like the boxes are very beat up and pieces from this line generally don't seem to be very valuable but still, I don't like the idea of MIB opening items that are older than I am, lol.

Does anyone else here have the problem of frequently browsing eBay even when they don't really have the money? I am saving most of my money for the MLP Fair as well as other things right now but I've just gotten into Strawberry Shortcake AND Rainbow Brite and I've seen sooo many things that seem like too good a deal to pass up but I'm trying to control myself, lol.

Ok, so I realize I'm probably far from the intended demographic of the Disney Channel show "Shake It Up" but I love it because of the awesome music and funny characters, lol. I have been looking for these dolls for what seems like forever and I finally found them at a Walmart. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI've wanted these ever since they came out but for some reason they are really hard to find, at least around here.

I bought an extra Pinkie Pie I wanted to use for something but as soon has I opened her I noticed a mess of what looks like glue all over her back that I was not able to spot when she was carded, her tail is also frizzled everywhere and she has a double tail hole. I really hate Hasbro sometimes, lol.
I don't have a camera handy atm but I wish there was some way I could remove the glue.

So, I bought the Friendship Express DVD the day it came out, heard about the audio sync issue and sent Shout! Factory an email with my receipt as they instructed as soon as they initiated the replacement program. Well, several days went by without a response from them so I sent another email inquiring about my first email to make sure I did it right, again with a picture of my DVD and receipt just in case. anyway around the 12th I received the disc in the mail along with an email response from Shout! the same day, checked the disc, it played fine, so I was satisfied. So I go to get the mail today, and what do I find? another copy of Friendship Express, lol. So now I have two working copies plus the original defective one I originally bought. So now the question is... What should I do with this extra copy?
