Should I use the "send money to friends and family " option? Or "send money to goods and services "?

Just a heads up, I'm talking about individual sellers (like here on the Arena for example) and not shops/websites ^^;

Pony Corral / What's The Most Amount Of Money You Would Pay For A Pony?

I'm wondering what is your price range/money limit when it comes to pony purchases?

Honestly my limit would be $500. I know it's high but there's exceptions to be made ;P specifically, Rosey Posey and Mimic :) (I hope that's enough  :lookround: )

If it's a "common" pony (which G3s, G1s, and HTF G4s really aren't :s ) then it would be $30-$50.

So what about you? :P

Hello all,
I'm planning to go all out this Halloween but to make it fully happen my costume is gonna require contacts and i've NEVER worn contacts before in my life X_X i've always worn glasses, but I think I look waaaay better without them :P
Now i've did some research on putting in and removal of them, what to be aware of (thank god that saved me from buying theatrical contacts from a beauty supply store :s ), and what's needed.

But I wanna hear personal experiences from you guys about wearing contacts. Did they work out for you? Did you have a bad experience? And so on..
Personally, i'm abit nervous. I still need to get an eye exam for contacts and order my theatrical contacts :s (hopefully I can find an FDA approved site that sells em...any recommendations? )

Off Topic / I Have Finally Got A Job!!! XD

After 18 years and 2 months of unemployment, I have finally managed to get a job and at a retail store! :D
I've always wanted to work at a retail store as my very first job so this is like a dream come true  :P even though I didn't get my top dream retail jobs (Petsmart, Hot Topic, Toys R Us...then again TRU seems to never be hiring people in my area  :lol: ), but hey it isn't fast food ;P

I'm going to be working at this place http://www.melrosestore.com/ :) i've never even heard of it until my mom introduced me to it because her best friend is the manager at the one i'm working at and suggested I should work there for her :) so I practically got a one up from everyone else because the manager knows me personally and therefore knew of my situation (fresh outta high school, never had a job, therefore NO experience  >_<)

I'm just really grateful for this XD I can finally have my own money and can relieve some financial stress out from my mom. (I need to pay my own internet bill...i'm the only one that uses the laptop, so its fair ^^)

I can even start saving up for a desktop computer now, and I'll have my very on pony money!!  :frolic:
Yay!!! I start orientation today, I can't wait :P

I wish to see the new Maleficant doll out of her box. The movie was AWESOME!!! Hooves down! XD
And I was stoked to find out she was actually gonna be a doll available at TRU :D however, the other day I went to my local TRU, sure enough I saw her but unfortunately we (me and my boyfriend) needed the funds for something else :( (her price was about $30-$35 I think)

So before I actually get this doll, I wish to see her outta her box and any close up details told to me :)

I'm curious as to how many people here on the Arena or Right or Left brained :3 Or maybe both XD

Me. I'm all right brained. I need to be artistic and creative in order to function. Which probably explains why I wasn't good in math or any subject that required equations and whatnot. I always tried to incorporate art into my school work somehow and someway in hopes I grasped a better understanding to it :D But thank god I graduated XD (Class of '14, Whooo!!!  :biggrin: )

Now, onwards to the results! ^^

Hello ya'll,
I was wondering what are the risk factors (if there are any) when it comes to water and G1 ponies.
I really need to wash Galaxy's hair DX (she stays in my bed alot, and she has MAJOR bed head!!!) and she is my very first G1 pony, and I don't wanna risk anything if I were to wash her mane and tail (like, would it speed up the regrind process? Mind you, she isn't showing any yet :P
etc.,..)
