I'm sure lots of you got the same idea after seeing the black and white Pinkie on Taobao but I decided to make my own brushable sized This is my first completed custom in 10 years. I used to customize G1's 10 years ago and now I'm getting back into it along with collecting again I've been rehairing lots of ponies but finally bought new paint today since my old paints were all dried up and icky. I'm not great at styling hair yet but here she is!

Baby Quackers is one of my childhood ponies (well, my sister's actually but she let me have all her ponies  ) and she was looking sad with a hair cut my sister gave her as a kid and missing a tail, she was also pretty dirty. I took some before and after pics

Hi everyone! My name is Julia, I'm 29 and a stay at home mom to 2 kids. I've been collecting MLP on and off my whole life. I had a big G1 collection as a kid which I still have. I started collecting G1's again when I was in my teens, buying them off Ebay and hunting flea markets and garage sales (I also collected Care Bears at that time). After my daughter was born in 2007 I bought a fair number of G3's and saved them for her, I liked that they looked like the G1's. And now finally my daughter and I are collecting G4's She also loves my old collection which I've passed on to her. My husband wouldn't like me displaying ponies everywhere like I did as a teen so at least now they get to be loved and played with I also used to customize ponies as a teen, I did both re-rooting and re-painting. I will probably get back into that since I'm re-rooting Monster High dolls right now (another collection of ours).

I'm happy to be joining this pony community! I've been researching all about G4's and I've been hunting and have already gathered quite a few ponies
