Recently I've become obsessed with people making dolly crafts like MyFroggyStuff and miniature everything for their dolls; displaying them in personalyzed 'rooms' or shelf dioramas. I'd love to see your rooms, dioramas, displays - or if you know cool artists who do these kind of things, please share them here as well! I'd love to have as much inspiration as possible. Tutorials are welcome as well!

I have come across this 'problem' with vintage ponies. I am often asking myself if I should just try and restore the hair (G1 and G2) as much as I can, or if it would be better to find hair matches and renew everything. I am rather fond of finding new hair colors for G4s because eh... what else to do with all those Pinkie Pies

Hello! I got these pastel purple Primark shorts off ebay but upon arrival I found out they are too loose on me. They are a size M (US 6/8, UK 10/12, EU 38/40). They are like new. Never worn, never washed. The MLP card is still attached. I'd be asking the regular store price of 7€ plus shipping and paypal fees. https://data.mlpmerch.com/goh/all/I noticed that the only Fluttershy in this line is SDCC exclusive with the Discord figurine, and that Rarity just doesn't appear at all. I don't understand why they want to still go with the Core Characters model, yet fail to even include all of their core characters in all of their lines. Why even have a Mane Six if it should be just Holy Three (Twilight, Pinkie & Rainbow Dash)? I've been waiting, thinking they would just release Rarity and Fluttershy later in the line as part of a new wave, but they have yet again been skipped. Instead there are super minor characters like a random Shadowbolt and battle scenarios that never happened in the cartoon (tiny knight Spike against Queen Chrysalis with wheels on her hooves, lol). There could be a Rarity with gems and a Diamond Dog, or a Fluttershy with her bear or another beast she can tame. A Fluttershy mold already exists, it's just super expensive and rare. There are opportunities to have show action figures of them. Don't have a core if said core can't even be completed within one line. Don't force it with multiples and clones in one line but replace half of them with backgrounders and randos in another line. Your thoughts? I know the Core Seven/Six models are not that popular on the Arena to begin with, but I'm of the opinion it should run through all types of toy if it has to exist at all. The Six are advertised as a team of friends that create magic, so stick to it. And of course I am personally saddened that I can't buy an action figure of my favorite. Just like I couldn't buy a Funko Pop of her or a Nici plush. Hasbro just doesn't want my money

I got a funny long-necked Twilight Sparkle off ebay and found out she came with a playset a couple years ago. The pony's wings flap up and down if you press her head.
Her symbol is runny and the stickers peeled off her wings. Is she still worth something or is this the "go!" sign to customize her?

Some of the Equestria Girls have neat designs but they don't exist as ponies. If you customized any pony of any gen to resemble an EqG character I'd love it if you showed them to me! I'm trying my hand on customizing a Lemon Zest atm.

I was doing some research but couldn't find exact matches. I need to find out what hair colors the G1 Rainbowcurl ponies were using. And as you know each of them used a bunch of different colors.
Can you help me out, please?
At best using color names from dollyhair.com, but others are appreciated as well! As long as they match.

Custom plushies are beautiful but expensive, custom plushies also look a lot like G4 95% of the time. So I decided to make my own! My problem: I haven't done anything like that before. Not even clothes. Only recently I started looking into custom plushie making and either I'm stupid or I just don't know where to look. All I could find were G4 plushies for sale or G4 plush sewing patterns. But I want to have my own and learn how to do things from scratch. I'd be ever so grateful if you could provide me with advise, links, How Tos - anything concerning these topics: -Pattern making! Where do I get started? -Embroidery - especially symbols and eyes (I'm a real n00b, How Tos on techniques would be amazing) -What material? I hear lots of people use minky but I can't seem to find it in German shops. Is there a good alternative or (EU based) online shops I could import from? I hope a few plushie makers on here will have mercy and take me under their wings  Thanks in advance!

Fellow ponies, I'm in need of a few comparison pics and a bit of general info, too. I have the opportunity to get a Grand Champions Clydesdale for a custom project but I'd need to know how they look like next to a regular adult MLP and if there are any HTF Grand Champions (don't want to butcher something a collector would appreciate). The Clydesdales in question are brown/white mares with black/white manes/tails. For comparison pics I'd love to see any Clydesdale, male and female, next to a regular adult G1. Thanks a lot in advance!

They are smallish and Famosa is credited as the manufacturer but I couldn't find them anywhere else. So, I'm searching far and wide for Scarlet Riding Hood and Bubbles Smack'n'Pop. I'm willing to buy but I can also offer to trade them for the new Novi Stars Ina Ferna and Anne Arctic. I heard some people in the US have trouble finding them and have easy access to them (they are 15€ each). I also have access to the Nici FiM plushies if anyone is interested. Can you help me out?

I'm sad. Three of my ponies developped nasty head discoloration. I never had them in broad sunlight. My "toy corner" is in my bedroom, the shelves are always in the shade. And yet Snowcatcher, Dewdrop Dazzle and Luna I developped dark heads. Snowcatcher is the worst. Her head even has a brownish area around the hairline.
None of my G3s have this problem and they are older than the G4s. Are some G4s just prone to discoloration? I know that Feathermay oftentimes came like that in box. If the same happens to my Rainbow Flash I'll be severely pissed :/

Being on a massive G3 trip as of late, I'd wanted to know how the G3 characters are holding up. I know lots of pony fans love Minty (me included), but what about the others that were more prominent in the specials? Please try not to be influenced by how beautiful you think the toys are  I think G3 had a bunch of really endearing characters and sometimes I wish they'd done a proper cartoon series. One of these days I want to do fanarts and the three most popular out of this poll will be the first to be drawn My own choices: Minty, Wysteria, Star Catcher Honorable mentions: Rarity, Kimono, Thistle Whistle (I love characters with ticks, haha!)
