Hello everyone, I'm a mlp fan whose main focus on ponies is writing fanfics, and I'm planning on doing a series of ahort stories focusing on the G3 characters. I had some questions for everyone in regards to G3 for the fans of that generation, that might help me out;

1.) What books have come out for G3? I know there were quite a few of them, but where are they, and how could I read them at this point? (now that they are no longer on the market)

2.) Were there ever any G3 boy ponies, ever, at all anywhere? I know there wern't any in the G3 toys or specials, but I thought one or two might have shown up in other media.

3.) Was there any other media that featured Fiesta Flair? There's a lot I want to do with her character. But I'd like to see more of her personality. Also, is there more on Kimono? Her brief appearence gave a tantalizing glimpse at a deeper personality ('sane' clarvoyaint pony who lives outside of town because of how crazy ponies in town are.)

4.) Unicornia- Is rarity the actual princess of unicornia, or was she just 'princess' of the celebration? Just like lily lightly was pricess of that light festival in 'Shine on, Lily Lightly'? And do the unicorns exhibit magic like other generations? You never see them do much in the specials.

Hello there, everybody! Fanfic is my primary intrest in pony, but few older gen fans seem interested in it. Does anyone here have an interest in non FiM mlp fanfics? Have you written any yourself? And what are your favorite Pony stories? g1? g3? MLP tales?

(Hate to bring up this old and worn-out topic, but this seems to be the only place/way/thread to talk about Pony Fanfic around here.)

Hello! As I've seen  other Q&A threads on this board (Most recently MLP fan's thread), so I thought I'd start one, too. So, anybody have anything they want to ask the big brother pony, go ahead! 

Hey, the Big Brother pony here again (I refuse the title brony, as I am a G1 fan first, though I do love FiM). And I was wondering; among the non-brony fanbase, are there any that like the shows as much as the toys? My little pony & friends, MLP Tales, and even the G3 Specials.
And I do like the toys, I have Firefly, Bow Tie, and Majesty (though my cousins and my cat did horrible damage to her.  ) And did anyone else want toys released of the moochick, Tirek, Danny, Nightshade, and Katrina... but maybe that's just me.

Ok, being a G1 fan and an amateur writer, I've written a few fics based on the G1 ponies, and thought some G1 fans might want to take a gander at them.

All of the stories are in a shared FiM/G1 universe, though I tend to favor G1 a bit more. I did take some liberties with a few G1 things (like making the mountian boy ponies a mix of unicorns, Pegasus, and earth ponies, an making bright valley a fortifed fortress town).
 
The G1 portion of the fics are based on a darker version of G1, Most of the events in the cartoon and some of the events of the UK comics occur, but it feels more like lord of the rings than MLP. All of the stories have obscure G1 references, though not many FiM fans seem to get them. All the stories fit together, though they can be understood read seperately. Anyway, give them a try, if you wish;
