So... it's almost my birthday ! And I wanted to buy at least one pony~ I ended up buying more, but I'll update this once they are here. So far, Princess Brilliant Bloom ! Bought her on Ebay. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginShe has a few tiny flaws and her mechanism doesn't work anymore, but she is so lovely ! The only thing I though was quite plain was her gem, so I blinged it with nail polish~ Now it matches her tinsel~ There's three more ponies to come, all G3s. Hey guys ! For all the UKers, there are TY beanies at Ryman shops. Don't know if you knew about this already, but since I work there, I just thought I'd give you a heads up ! There are Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy (small ones) and Fluttershy, Rarity and Applejack (medium size), £6.99 the small and £9.99 the bigger ones. The medium ones and small Fluttershy are recent (just got them yesterday on delivery). Needless to say, I bought a medium Rarity. Hooray for staff discounts

Unbelievable !! -- About two weeks ago, I went with my friend to the usual carboot sales, looking for toys. It took me about 40 minutes (!) to take care of her hair, but boy was it worth it. She is lovely !! I had some spare Build-a-Bear clothes, so I decided to dress her up. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI CANNOT BELIEVE I FOUND ONE !!! I got new ponies !! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThe first one I got was Rollerskate Hip Hop ! She is a set completer !! She is in awesome shape despite her missing wheel and not working anymore. Her hair is so incredibly silky. I was really hoping I could find her in the con, so I was quite satisfied. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThe second one I went searching for and a CHILDGOOD GRAIL !! She is in immaculate condition and has both her jewels in her eyes ! Also one I was hoping to find there. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThe second hair-do pony I got. Funny fact: I hadn't noticed she was missing her bow when I bought her ! She also had some trims, I think, but I laughed so much when I noticed her bow was missing xD Doesn't really bother me much, she is still lovely <3 ALSO, CHILDHOOD GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIL !! I was searching for that pony until I found Locket. Normally, I am not a fan of TEs... But I've looked at her online several times and the more I looked at her, the more she appealed to me... And then I saw her in person and just had to buy her. She is lovely. Her hair is quite frizzy and has some trims. She also has some marks here and there and her eyes had lost the twinkle ! However, I washed her, conditioned her hair and braided it. She now looks super sweet ! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI also applied a bit of nail polish on her eyes to give her a different kind of twinkle... I wanted to buy a baby G1 since I don't have a lot of babies yet, but I wasn't sure which to buy (Baby Count-a-Lot was lovely !). I went with ichigobean to a couple of carboot sales last Saturday morning and I found awesome stuff !! I already made a brag post, but I am copying part of it here so I can get a better chance of a price check: A Cuddlebrite !! I didn't even know what these were, but she looked like something worth it and that is the main reason why I bought her in the first place xD I am looking to sell this lovely doggy, does anyone have a price check for me? They opened a toys section and I went there to check yesterday on my break (I work for a concession inside it). From what I remember, they had: - Wedding Castle - Walking Talking Pinkie - Talking Cadence - Masquerade Ponies (including tons of Sunset Shimmer!) - Crystal Empire 2-Pack Sets - The new alicorn Twilight and Cadence Fashion Style - Design-a-Pony Fluttershy (I think that's the name of the set? The ones you colour the hair?) I think they only had Fluttershy, but I might be wrong. - Train Set - Alicorn Twilight Princess Room - Probs more, but I can't remember ALSO ! They had... ... Equestria Girls Dolls !!! It was my first time seeing them in person. I must say, I think they are really cheap-looking, specially the way the plastic accessories are painted... I'll wait to see what Hasbro will come up with next, but for now I am not interested in them. On the other hand, I think Applejack turned out adorable (those freckles !!) So, I thought I'd share ! If you go there, make sure to pop by Artbox in the ground floor and if you see a girl with glasses working there, do say hi

You know Humanity is not lost when you sell something on Ebay and the person who bought it wants to send that item as a gift to someone who is undergoing an operation <3 Isn't that just awesome ? I usually sell my own personal items, such as clothes, shoes, bags, jewellery, etc. About 3 weeks ago, I went to my first carboot sale and put some collectible toys that I found up for sale, one of them being a Patamon (Digimon character) beanie plush. Yesterday, I got a message from a guy asking if I could end the auction early, as he wanted to give that as a gift for someone who is going into surgery soon. As I had relisted that item not long ago and there was only one bid - his own - I decided to sell the item to him. He seemed really grateful and paid right away. Later, he asked me if I could include a get well soon message on behalf of him in the parcel. And after this, well, I decided to go all out and gift wrap the beanie and include one of my own handmade cards with the message, all at not extra cost and because I thought it would be a nice touch. Once I told the guy about all this, he was so happy he even said to keep in touch if I ever had trouble selling anything, because he could see if he needed it. This just made my day. I just came back from the Post Office, it's a beautiful day outside and my mood is just over the Moon ! I have a few other stories that made me really glad as well, some of them happened here in the Arena, but I just had to share this one <3 Do you have any stories like this happen to you? Care to share the love?
