1.  I don't have an ponysona.  I love rainbows, ferrets and cupcakes, so my partner last year made me a drawing that I adore;

2.  I'm hard to shop for for makeup, but I do wear nailpolish, mostly in blues, greens, purples, but anything goes.  I'm not overly into pink, but I do love rainbows, and I work with kids, so colourful is great.  I don't have pierced ears, but I wear necklaces and bracelets sometimes.

3. I collect lego minifigures (blindbags).  Anything lego, really.

4. I LOVE to read.  I read classics, fantasy, fiction and non-fiction.  My favs are Game of Thrones, the hitchhiker's guide, Harry Potter, and non-fiction like books by Malcolm Gladwell, and micheal Pollen.  Anything goes, as long as it's good =)

5.  I love customs.  I've made many, but I only have 1 (from last year's swap).  I love babies for G1s who were baby-less, or anything cupcake themed, anything at all really, except gore, lol.

6.  No special dates in December, I'm afraid

7.  I have a golden doodle (Poodle, retriever mix) named Maggie, who loves healthy treats and playing fetch (she can't eat artificial colours, it seems).  I have a husband who loves twizzilators, and white chocolate (and lego), and a son who will be 2 in December.  He LOVES puzzles

Do you guys mark new ribbons for ponies in some way to distinguish them from the original ones?  I've found some really close replacement princess ribbon, but I'd like to mark it in some way that can't be seen on display so they don't get mixed up with the real ones.  Just wondering if anyone else does this, and if there's a standard.

I had a really bad experience this Etsy seller.  I was in a time crunch because my first seller for a swap fell through towards the end of the shopping period.  I found what I was looking for on Etsy, and Redhotvintage81 agreed to ship to me in Canada.  Almost 3 weeks after I bought and paid for the item, they messaged me saying they were going to ship "soon", at which point I was freaking out, and trying to find what I needed anywhere else.  I shipped the rest of my swap package without this pony, hoping it would still come soon.

As the 45 day window approached, I still didn't have it.  I filed a claim through paypal.  The seller never responded, and paypal refunded my money.  The seller then messaged me saying that they were sorry I hadn't gotten it and they would look into it.  It's been a week, and I've heard nothing more from them.  They now have several neutrals and a negative from people who say that the seller never shipped, or forgot to ship until they were reminded.  I filed a complaint through etsy, as the seller never responded to me, and I'd ideally like to pay them and get the pony.

My suspicion, based on their other feedback and lack of communication is that they just never sent it.  I don't know if it's a scam, or just a really disorganized seller, but they are one to avoid.

I've got a problem with a trade here at the Arena, and I could use some advice.  It's was supposed to be a partial trade, two of my ponies for one of another member's ponies plus money via paypal.  One of my ponies was a mail order G1, and I was hoping to have the money before Christmas.

We were working out a trade in early December.  I asked if this arrangement would work (their pony's value would be taken off the price of mine) on Dec 5th, and on the 8th I got a reply saying yes, and that they had already mailed their pony, but they needed a couple days to pay.  I put my ponies on hold.

So that was the last I heard from them.  They were supposed to pay by the 13th of December.  My PMs have been read but not responded to.  I was hoping to get the money for the pony I was selling before Christmas (I wouldn't have agreed to this if I had known it would take this long), but I figured maybe they were just busy with the holidays or a family emergency came up.

Here's the kicker.  Now I'm seeing posts by them about buying other things for way more than what they owe me.  It seems like they aren't interested anymore.  I would write this trade off, and sell my MO pony to the next in line, except that there may or may not be a pony from them in the mail.  They said they sent it on the 8th of December, but I'm not sure how it was mailed.

I guess what's bothering me most is that they are acitve, but ignoring me, and meanwhile I can't sell this pony.  So now what do I do? 

Before they go to ebay, I thought I'd try here.  They are all from my childhood, and come with most, if not all of their accessories.  I played with them a lot, but they were well taken care of, so they are in good shape.  I'm sad to give them up (I loved barbie's horses way more than Barbie, lol) but I've got to downsize the non-mlp to make some room.
