The eyes are the window to your soul. Also they are one of the hardest bits to do in customs. And one of the things I look forward to all the time while doing a custom. I want to paint some special eyes for some of my customs, but I need inspiration, so please post eyestyles for me. Thank you.

I can't believe I didn't show her off yet. This is Vortex. Izrabeth commissioned me to do a rainbow custom for her friend lilacamy931 as a wedding present. What a fun request. Twinkle is an adventurous little filly that likes to play with her friends. She loves the night and the stars and so her special gift formed: She can talk to stars. They told her some mysterious secrets about the world and it's inhabitants.
Twinkle would never tell a secret, but she has wonderful tales to tell. Sometimes the stars come to visit her. That's what happens when you see shooting stars. Hurry, make a wish!
Finally I can show off the cutest custom I ever made. Look at these biiiiig eyes! Awwww.
Twinkle started life as G4 Sweetiebelle, her gradient shooting stars are painted with acrylics and embossed with glitter.
Her eyes are sealed with triple thick gloss and the other painted markings are sealed with ModPodge matte.
Hair is dollyhair genuine nylon hair in pastel colors, carefully blended with pure white (Snowflakes) to get an even lighter tone. I curled them to give her an extra poofy look. (My first hair curling. (I never thought it could be fun).

Look what I got: a green cow fakie with a Moondancer (inspired) symbol.  She's kinda cute and her body glows a little in the dark (but not her head). Anyone knows anything about her? visitors can't see pics , please register or login

This swap was beyond amazing. I failed so much with the deadline and I really was lucky to have the lovely Colorscapesart (and swap host) as a partner. She was so very patient... This pony... it was a challenge. My first dragon. I wanted real batwings. With flexible material. And I wanted to do a mix between faerie-dragon and real fierce dragon. I made a wire-skeleton for wings and tail, fixed it in place with apoxie. Then I glued pond foil to the wires for the wings. (It's thick, durable, flexible and takes paint very well. But it's enemies with glue. Just didn't stick. GRR) So I sew it to the wires! (I can't sew at all btw) After that I sculpted everything else and put short wires in the scales where the faeriewings should be as placeholders. Painted, broke the tail, resculpted, repainted, broke the tail, resculpted, repainted, sealed, glossed, rehaired. And then I made 35 little fantasyfilm wings.  Then I made 3 more because I burned some. And then... she was done... it took just 3 or 4 months...  My most complicated and most elaborate custom ever (well, Bastet was a close runner-up). I'm so proud and Colorscapesart likes her too. YAY! Phew! I was commissioned to do another egypt armored pony like Anubis. And so I made Bastet. Base was a G1 Bride Pony, her jaw got surgery to open and to have teeth. (No idea how often I sculpted them because they broke). Her tail and hindleg-claws were similar difficult and I can't recall how many sculpting sessions Bastet got... there were many! Painted in lots of layers of acrylic paint (the golden rims were painted 3 times, first in ocre, then twice in gold, double sealed with glossy sealant) finally sealed matte and glossy. I must admit that I was happy she didn't need to be rehaired. lol. She comes with her Ankh-Battlestaff. Originally I wanted to give her some sai too, but ... eh you know... she has no thumbs anyway. ^^ I hope you like her. I do! PICS (big): visitors can't see pics , please register or login

I want to draw ATCs but have limited time, so it can take a while... So I want to draw 3 cards. Meet Buttwings. He was a commission and the girl wanted something with batwings related to my Spook-custom. We had some fun getting the details right and then we realized that it would be too funny to have the wings as cutiemarks. (Imagine how he would fly then. lol) So Buttwings was born.  Wings and bats sculpted with Apoxie Sculpt (wings have wires), painted with acrylics, rehaired with Dollyhair black Magic, Ultraviolet (or similar, can't remember) and glow in the dark. His eyes and the bat's eyes also glow in the dark. (as does a big part of my desk now, because I was clumsy and dropped paint everywhere... lol) I hope you like her. visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Meet Perseid, my first G4. I needed to do something quick and colorful inbetween. Perseid is inspired by shooting stars. All rainbows and stars are embossed with "psychodelic" Stardust glitter. (I LOVE to work with this stuff) She has about 14 haircolors in her mane and tail. My friend, the lovely Nebu, kindly rehaired her for me. (Thanks darling!) I hope you like her as much as I do. G4 are fun and there are more to come! Yay. EDIT: I'm asking 50 USD (free shipping). And I tell you why:Perseid is the first custom I made for the MLP Convention Germany (in September), as I'm a slow worker, I'm a little scared that I don't have anything to sell there if I sell all customs immediately. But many people already asked me about her, so I put a price tag on her. She's expensive, I know, but as I want to keep her for the convention I'll price her high.
