I was wondering how much the g1 my little pony fancy mermaid ponies are worth? I have only ever found a small handful for sale and their prices range drastically! I have the chance to buy one from someone in person, but want to make sure the price is fair.

Nope. There's SEVEN others! Only sold in the UK. They came with the princess ponies - instead of the bushwoolies, I guess?
They're different colors. I can't find any online for sale, of course. I can't even find the brighter colored Dream Castle Spike or mail order version. Hmph.
I keep finding... and getting... the Lavender Spike. I have one for myself, one for sale, and another to list for sale after the first sells haha
Does anyone here own the other Spikes?

visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI found MULTIPLE My Little Pony in a store! They are the very 1st I have been able to find in store. Generation 1, of course.After seeing someone on here say they promised themselves the 1st they found in person they would buy regardless of condition I decided to do the same. Not only did I find one but I got very lucky to find multiple and to find them all in pretty good condition. One of them is even a baby pony I have seen selling for between $50 and $80 I got it for just $7. I found... Baby Starbow $7 So Soft Sundance $4 Twinkle Eyed Whizzer $8 Posey $6 I also found so soft ribbons but for $15 I felt I could find her cheaper online. I figure if I can't by the end of the week I will go and see if she is still there. And there was a flutter pony, of course without the wings, but they wanted $12, and those tend to sell extremely cheap online. What's a little sad when a cashier told me she also collects them because that means as they come in she basically has 1st dibs so looks like I have to check as often as possible!! I wasn't supposed to spend any money because I'm supposed to be saving at right now due to some things that have come up recently but I went to take a look, partially because I was not expecting to find anything, and I ended up finding a total of 6 and purchasing 4. I knew I couldn't pass them up though so no regrets! What's funny though is recently my husband and I have searched about 7 or 8 stores for them and this one place that I went to I kept wanting to go to because I just had a feeling that if I was going to find them that's where they would be. It's an antique store and we hit a few of them but had no luck and yet for some reason I just had a feeling I had to go to this one. We just never had the time and it is pretty far from everything else so it wasn't like we were in the area to go but something told me I had to go today and I'm glad I did!! I already own Whizzer, SS Sundance AND Posey so I'll be selling the ones I already had. Especially since these I just got today are actually in better condition. Ugh soooo sorry for the overly long post. I got a little excited  How many ponies have you found in person? Where do you tend to find them when you do? I keep getting the most vague answers possible about this. If I Google or search "G1 My Little Pony", I see Ursa come up occasionally. Same if I type "G1 My Little Pony polar bear". However I recall one post actually saying that the polar bear is from something else. And I don't see Ursa on any lists - such as the ones with Creamsicle, Zigzag, Cutesarous, etc.

I'm looking for a FREE image hosting site. But not just one to upload photos. Receiving a url code is an ABSOLUTE MUST. Photobucket no longer offers that. It costs $5 now *rolls eyes* all I can do for free is upload photos to their website, but that's literally all that I can do. I really need urls for images. Not only for here but I'm also building a new role playing site and I like to have pictures on the boards to give people a better idea of what the specific location looks. It's driving me insane that I can't do that and I feel like I can't open the site until that's done *sighs* I guess I'm being picky but still...
Plus, I reeeeally want to post some photos here! Both in the BRAG ARENA and also here in OFF TOPIC, where I wanna show off some of my pets (:

I'm basically interested in anyone that fits my below criteria that I don't have. I've included a list of who I have to make it easy. Basically, if I don't have them listed, and they meet my criteria listed directly below, then I probably want them! As long as the price is good, of course.
I'm mostly interested in lots,
but I will consider single ponies if the price is great!
THE CRITERIA YOUR PONY MUST FIT
- G1 only
- NO flutter ponies or sister ponies
- NO ponies with haircuts
- NO ponies with major body or hair color fading
- NO ponies with severely faded or ruined cutie marks
- NO ponies with names written across them anywhere
(initials on the BOTTOM of hooves considered)
- NO accessories on their own UNLESS stated below in the "SUPPLIES NEEDED" list. Otherwise I only want accessories if included with a pony I don't have. So please DON'T contact me about a "brush lot" unless a pony I DON'T HAVE is included with the brushes.
I'm looking for ponies who are in good shape. I don't need perfect and a few small marks and scuffs are totally okay. So even if you consider your pony poor, if it still fits with what I've listed above, please don't be shy to suggest it. Especially if the price is good!

QUANTITY & QUALITY VS. RARITY at this time
Meaning, since I'm new to collecting, I would rather grow my herd in quantity (but still with quality), so I'm ONLY considering lots up to $100 and single ponies under $20. If you've got a rare pony for $50+ I'm NOT currently interested in that UNLESS it's one of the INTACT Precious Pockets pony that I don't already have. The "pocket" MUST be connected to the pony and the string and item MUST also be intact. Otherwise I'm not searching for ponies over $20 currently. Lots, of course, I'm expecting to pay more than that but I would like to keep lots to under $100 at this time as well.
This will change so keep checking back if you've got single ponies over $20!
* MERCHANDISE * I AM currently interested in G1 MLP merch. I MIGHT consider things made recently that have the original looking (G1) My Little Ponies on it. I have A LOT of ponies and friends for sale. I still have a few dozen that I still need to brush and clean and post along with several that need to be deflocked (wah! I dont wanna!). I also have a few lots that are on their way and I plan to continuously buy more at least every 2 or 3 weeks. So if you follow me on the account I sell on you will see new things posted often - hopefully daily (the goal). The best place to take a look is on my Mercari account. Currently that is where I post the most & the most often. I have ponies, friends, accessories & pony wear all available for sale. G1, G2, G3 and 4 as well. If you have any questions it's ideal to contact me there on the specific listing. I DO BUNDLE! But please NO OFFERS on single items. Only make offers on multiple items and please BE REASONABLE! Twice this week I've been asked... A woman wanted to bundle two ponies: one was $10 and one was $6. She wanted to bundle both for $10... see the issue? That would be me giving her a pony for free. A buy one get one deal - not a bundle. Then a man asked for 3 collector rubber duckies: each was $6 (total for 3 = $18). He wanted to bundle for $12. That would be a buy 2 get 1 free deal - not a bundle. Moral of the story: please be reasonable! Don't ask people to give you free things. Even if you've already bought something. Even 5 somethings! It's just rude. Especially for those of us who are doing this for financial reasons (since I lost my job due to everything going on). So please just be fair to me and I will consider the offer on multiple items bought in the same transaction. No split bundle deals (buy one now discounted, get the next item next week OR get one item full price and two weeks later ask for a discount because "I bought something from you before" - yeah, thats happened too haha) I use Pirateship for shipping so shipping rates are lower than the USPS rates despite me using USPS. So my prices are compared to other's and I ALWAYS PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING. So when buying, remember that the price is taking care of the shipping cost. I often charge the same as other people who ask for shipping on top of their price. I also must pay site fees. Please keep all that in mind. My poor husband. I make him listen to me and show off every new pony I get, or talk about awesome finds/deals I snag. He could care less but like a good husband he listens to me ramble (:
But it'll definitely be nice to have people who actually care enough to listen and ACTUALLY RESPOND!!! Even better haha
Now, before anyone goes off thinking I'm an alcoholic, my last name is Hennessy. Hence "I am miss Hennessy". Although it should really be Mrs. Hennessy, but that just doesn't sound as good in my opinion *shrug*
A little bit about online me...
I ran my own Proboards role playing site for over 5 years (the same one) before shutting it down for personal reasons in my "real life". Which really sucks because 5 years for a site is REEEALLY good. Anyone that role plays will know. So all of that stuff happening, I wish I had still made time for it. It probably would have helped me through stuff too. But now I'm working on a new one - in case anyone enjoys role playing! It's a realistic human RP tho. I've run my own horse, wolf, canine/cat and other ones in the past too, but I personally prefer role playing humans. So if anyone wants to just chat about that, needs someone to give them pointers on making better posts, or interested in joining when it's open - definitely let me know. I love meeting fellow role players!! I feel like they've become rare lately and that really sucks! I miss it being a popular thing.

I have a zoo of animals so I'm an animal lover. Right now I have 3 dogs, 4 cats, a snake, bearded dragon, two fish tanks, two rats and a mouse, a netherland dwarf rabbit, an angora rabbit, a mini rex rabbit, chinchilla and skinny pig (hairless guinea pig). And for me - that's not a lot haha so if you wanna talk pets, ooooohhhh I love them and love sharing photos and seeing other people's!!
I have lots of tattoos and have had many piercings and dermals (still have some), so if you're curious about any of that or would like some opinions on tattoos, please reach out to me. I run a support blog so I love being helpful and being there for people, so I am all for helping you out with whatever. Back to tattoos: on the sleeve I'm currently working on, I actually have a My Little Pony tattoo. Sadly it was done quite a while ago and I trusted my (thankfully now EX) boyfriend's opinion on his friend, who had a real tattoo gun, but not the right skill. It isn't absolutely awful, and it's not finished yet so it can definitely be fixed up extremely well with the proper shading and coloring, but all the same it isn't as good as it should have been. Just happy to get it finished so I can be proud of it - and I'll probably get another much better and detailed tattoo within the sleeve of Moondancer. Just because that MLP holds a lot of memories for me for various reasons.
Anyways... back on topic haha
I am sooo excited to brag about finds, ask for advice on a few things I have questions on, check out other people's collections, show off mine, and most definitely for the trading, sales & auction!! And I'll probably be selling some from time to time too because I've recently realized that the great deals are often found on lots. I've been bundling - except for I believe three purchases where the deal was too good to pass up on just that one. But I definitely would rather bundle than buy one at a time. HUGE money saver!! But I've noticed lots are even cheaper than bundling (I consider bundling creating your own, whereas a "lot" is made by the seller and you just buy whatever is in it).
