I think I am slowly getting back into anime, thanks to my mom, believe it or not. The bad thing is, anime takes attention away from ponies.

But I was wondering what other people here really like anime? What are your favorite series? What are you watching right now?

For those of you that collect, have there been any boys love or bishounen series releases on R1 DVD within the last 3 or so years? I have been completely isolated from the anime world.

But I have to share what me and my mom are watching! I was having a tipsy moment (lol) and I'm like....."Momma, you gotta watch an anime with me for old times sake!"  Now my mom doesn't like anime and has only watched a couple like Fruits Basket and Azumanga Daioh and didn't care for them. But I said "Mom, let's try Kaleido Star on you."  And behold, we're about 1/4th of the way through the series and she is loving it! Its one of my favorites of all time and I am glad to relive it, as I haven't seen it in almost 10 years. I was in high school last time I watched it. I would seriously recommend this anime to anyone. It's like the Circque du Soleil of anime.

Anyone else have any anime they want to recommend? Anyone else like Kaleido Star?

I have a plastic tub full of them that I don't want. I am going to take pictures tonight. It includes a lot of FS Pony wear and other general stuff from random sets. I do NOT have any pets though. I sold all them. I am thinking of taking offers on the whole lot. I am just curious ahead of time if anyone is interested? I'm at work now or else I'd be taking pictures!

Okay, so my find isn't epic or anything, but I still got a happy buzz from it.

A lady who holds ponies for me had these. She said she had something for me and know they were old because they were made in  Hong Kong. These are the four I got from her.

I'll admit I was a teeny bit disappointed.   I was hoping they wouldn't be commons, but beggars can't be choosers. Butterscotch is the FF version but she needs some TLC and her tail washer is totally loose. I think you could pull her tail out. LOL

But hey, they are all looking for new homes if anyone is interested.

I have to put this somewhere, because I certainly can't put it on facebook where coworkers would see it.

Anyways, a coworker of mine quit. She has a very coveted position. I'm interested in her position but could never get it. I work for the State of Missouri, and you have to take a written test for each position. My score for this position was low (a 70.....they usually only pull as far down as 85). My coworker, who makes as much as someone in this coveted position does and who used to work in HR, said I likely don't even have a chance. And that you have to climb a ladder and be at another certain position first....like a hierarchy. I figured since she worked in HR she knows what she's talking about so I could write off getting an interview.

Well, the HR secretary came into my little office today with a stack of envelopes and said "I have something for you."   I jokingly said, "Oh, a present?"    And she smiled at me and said "You may see it that way."

I opened up the envelope and my jaw dropped. It's a letter saying that I am getting an interview for that coveted position! I couldn't believe it! I stood there in shock for several minutes, not able to believe I was given an opportunity. I'm surprised I even got an interview! I never dreamed I'd get a chance.

The interview will take place July 21st. If I get the position, it would be almost $200 extra every paycheck. OMG! I work at a prison and the MAIN warden would be my boss, which is also a little bit intimidating but exciting. I'd be her secretary.

 So please my pony peeps, wish Dazzle some luck!

I am wondering if anyone else has this problem. It's getting pretty bad for me. My collection is pretty big now at 943 ponies. I find myself not even knowing what G1's or G3's I have. I have no problem keeping up with G2's and G4's because the former two dwarf my collection of them.

I was looking at my MLP Collector's Guide book today, just flipping through it because I was bored. I saw a picture of the twins Sniffles and Snookums. I remembered last summer passing them up at the flea market. They were in very good shape and the seller wanted $10 for the set. I already had them so I decided to pass. Well, I went to look for mine just because.....I dunno, I wanted to see them. After several minutes of looking, I did not find them. Apparently I do not have them.    Now I wish I would have picked the set up!

I've also bought duplicates by accident too. One being Baby Brother Sweet Celebrations. Right after I bought him I was like......wait......it's baby SISTER I'm needing!

My ponies are not in any sort of order. They are all randomly placed. Year 9 may be hanging out with year 2. My nirvanas are chilling out next to common G1's. NO ORGANIZATION! What was I thinking? I should have sorted them by year and set, but I guess I was in too much of a rush to see what the finished shelf would look like.

Just wondering if those of you with large collections have this problem? I almost want to double-check before I buy anything now. Which will be hard to do at the Fair next weekend. I wish there was an app on the phone for ponies. It would make life so much easier.

I have recently fallen in love with the BAB Luna and Zecora. Are these still available at BAB or am I going to have to resort to eBay?  I haven't kept up with these releases. I kinda like Shining Armor too. I she still available?

I found BAB Raindow Dash at the flea market and really like the quality.

Also how much does a plush at BAB typically cost?

I got a little behind on G4 releases. Wasn't the Rainbow Power line supposed to have a new Fashion Style Applejack with a pink streak in her mane? I've never seen her in stores and I wanted to get her. I was wondering where she has been found, and if she can still be found. Any info would be super appreciated.

Okay, so more than any pony, anything else, this is something I've been wanting for the last few years. She's evaded me several times and I've lost out. I recently lost out on her in an auction. Well, turns out seller didn't pay. So I got a second chance offer. I had an internal battle because of the price, but I figured why not? I had the rest of my tax return. So I went for it. But what I payed shames me. 

For those of you who don't know, she's a Catwalk Kitty named Chase. Probably the rarest most sought after one. For those of you who do know, you know how hard it is to get her.

I only have one pic and it isn't great, but here she is. I just wanted to share my excitement with everyone!
