Trader & Shipping Support / Unhappy Ebay buyers help please?

I'm not quite new to the world of ebay but in my rush of summer I've set myself up for problems. :/

I had a lot of g3s for sale 18 of them all have really nice bodies, 4 are like new, rest have tangled or slightly matted hair. Which we all know patience and conditioning can fix. One or two have mane trims.

I didn't consider them bait... and in my listing I stated: ponies in played condition. Most were got second hand and most have a few scuff marks, one or two have mane trims. Otherwise in nice shape for being used.

The pictures its clear about the tangles and a few mattes but I forgot to mention it!

I take refunds but this lady wants 56% refund of 25 dollars because she's not willing to ship them back. I'm willing to agree to it because yes.. it was my fault for not being more specific but she's going on how they are garbage and should be thrown away!

Help please? I know this is a learning experience for myself as that's how I'll become a better seller.

Sora bought some Lion King Items from me, She has plenty of feedback but due to sending echeck paypal has it on hold til the 7th. I'd like to ship but I have no address to ship to! She read my last pm asking for an address but hasn't been online or replied since it seems.

I don't mind waiting to see if paypal lets me have her address to ship come the 7th but It has already been a week and the payment has gone through but details are still on hold. I don't like hanging onto things that I've gotten payment for, I feel like it should've been shipped already.

I've never been to a big gaming con only small local things.

All 3 of my roommates are going this summer while I sit at home taking care of our house. Honestly I cannot afford to go, especially with our rent for the year.
Last year my friend brought back CorpsyPuff's business card from the con for me.

I want to hear your Con experiences! Photos, reviews. Really interested in any games you discovered and why you like them!

I recently discovered Table Top on youtube and found the game reviews most entertaining, I keep adding games to my want list!

I love collies but I'm not allowed to have a dog. "Not til I'm dead" is what my dad likes to say. Eh... I at least have my kitties.

So back around Jan 28th there was this lot I lost out on evilbay. Don't worry this is not a did you win it can I have it rudeness! There was a baby pony I was curious about it looks like baby up up and away but earth instead of uni. If someone got it here I was hoping for a better picture. Is she a custom, a varient?!?! I'm really curious as to who this little gal is!

So today is my Birthday! yay *flails

the big 23!

I'm so lucky I got sick all weekend and cancelled all my plans, I'm so glad I had a small birthday party on the 14th before the school semester started. Right now I'm just trying not to hack up my lungs.. I caught a common cold from my friends and of course... it went straight for my lungs. I sound like I've been smoking for a least ten years. 0.o

I did get out and visit them yesterday so that was nice... we were all sick together one big happy sick family. I'm slightly dreading school this week, I got sick the first day of classes and now this... blah I need to get better or else I'll just keep catching different things. I've always been kinda sickly and prone to catching everything, common colds will last twice as long for me compared to others.

On a brighter note, I got myself Edgar the Elephant, UK Starlight and Princess Sparkle for my Birthday!
