Trader & Shipping Support / About to Get Ebay customer support involved in my Case...What to do?

Long story short: I bought a Sims 3
SP from a 99% eBay seller and they NEVER sent it. I contacted her about it, said she'll ship it out within a couple of days, those 2 days came and NOTHING. Messaged her again, NO REPLY. Hmmm,ok I'm gonna file a case on their rump!  :mad:

The seller had until April 28th to reply to the case and give me my refund (I could really use those $12 ). If I were the seller, and i received a case...I would be on it like white on rice >:/ but no...still NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING from the seller....this person really does not care about their reputation -____-

So the 28th is around the corner...what should I do? Should I just call ebay customer support or something else? Will I receive some notification on ebay for this case since thes seller never did anything?

Ok, so I'm fixing to order Shing Armor and Trixie on BAB's website, but the thing is...I want my ponies unstuffed so I can take em into the store to get em stuffed to just the way I like it (which is hard and firm )and knowing BAB...they'll most likely end up sending 2 soft, squishy and mushy ponies...which I do NOT want :L

So how do I tell them to send them to me unstuffed? Do I type it in the little "special instructions" box when ordering em? Or what?

Hi there, I need alittle insight on one of my ebay purchases if any :)

I ordered my very first CD from eBay, Baha Men's Who Let The Dogs out (a childhood CD of mine ^^) from a seller with 1 negative feedback (but the seller solved that issue)  and 1 neutral feedback while the rest is postive feedback, pretty trustworthy worthy seller in my book compared to the other listings I've found ;)

Purchased it, couple of days later they shipped it out and of course the majority of the time eBay gives you the tracking number but here's the problem:

there is not tracking info found on my CD !!!! It's being shipped by USPS, but each time I put in the tracking number, I get "NOT FOUND" and normally there would be "pre shipment info received " on USPS's tracking page <:/ and this has been going on for atleast 4 days....

So is it possible for a fake tracking number to be created by ebay or something/ someone else? Can anybody give me any idea what the heck is going on? O.o

Hello there y'all,
First off I'm gonna come out straight with it: I hate, hate, HATE Amazon.com :/

I can't stand it, they take waaaaaay too long to ship out an item -_- (like one time my friend ordered me a Green Day poster for my birthday and it nearly took a month for the thing to ship out and then given to me :L was that really necessary? The poster didn't even come from overseas. .. I trust eBay sellers more than I trust Amazon... )

But unfortunately, not everything can be bought from eBay :( especially not computer software programs, CDS, DVDs, or electronics of any sort e_e
So I have to sacrifice my sanity to sign up on that wretched Amazon site in order get a Sims 3 SP Katy Perry's Sweet Treats because I've discovered that its retired meaning there's no digital downloads (which doesn't make sense, since the disc is required to play Sims 3 <:/ ) nor being sold in stores (unless I get uber lucky XD)

So my questions are: Does Amazon actually work? Is it trustworthy? Is there a shipping time limit set to where they don't take an obnoxiously long time shipping out a single item? And what are Amazon packages delivered by (USPS, UPS,FedEx. ...)?

OMG I'm soooooo excited to share 3 NEW customs with y'all from me :D (and just in time for V-Day too!) I'm even gonna show off a custom a fellow mod and member has made for me  ^.^

I actually started working on Manson FIRST. He isn't a FBR. I just actually used a Rarity , wiped off her eyes and cutie mark and painted Manson's features onto it. Then rehaired him with brilliant black (from Dolly Hair)  and sealed him with mod podge. I also sorta styled his hair using fabric glue :D (I wanted to use whatever Hasbro used on Shadow Bolt Dash O.o but I was too lazy to look for answers :P)
I feel like Manson would be considered my 2nd best outta the 3. His hair was secure enough to where I didn't need to use glue for extra support :) but unfortunately he has an awkward gap in his neck :( (I guess I didn't push his head down enough :hmm: oh well, LESSON LEARNED! :D

Next up is Twilight Pink!! XD

I would rate Twilight as my 3rd best. I started on her while taking a break from Manson. She's a FBR made from Fluttershy (which is funny and weird due to my VERY first Twilight Pink  custom that used clay hair was also made from Fluttershy! XD) I learned from this Twi, not to glue the neck plug in first, then put the head on ...I kinda wrecked her in the process of doing that -_-
For the glitter on her wings, I used Martha Stewart's glitter acrylic paint. That woman wants too much for her cheapo glitter paint :L
I also got Twilight's mane colors wrong! X'D I used Candy Apple, Old Bubblegum, and Marmalade (Passionfruit was sold out...so what do ya expect? >_<) I knew I shoulda ordered Cherry Pie for her red streak :/ but you gotta admit...her mane is pretty delicious! :dribble:
Oh and another thing I learned- if I can tug the mane pretty hard without ripping hair out, chances are they don't neee glue for extra security ;) (Twilight can barely turn her head cause dummy me thought  that she needed alittle glue in her head for extra security -_-)

She's kinda taking on the look from when her dad was a foal. Cream colored coat, ameratto (?) colored mane, and light brown eyes. And of course she got the pink from her mother :)
Mary was alittle bit of a challenge considering that I haven't even drawn her out on paper yet O.o so I looked at the real Marilyn Manson's kiddie photo's and incorporated the hair and eye color into Mary Beth. And yes, I think Mary is my 1st best custom from this group :) why? Because I have learned from my mistakes with the other two to make Mary more exceptional ^_^ and she's adorable c: (most likely gotten from her daddy :P )

Method I used:
Needle and hair methed
Except for I went in the hair holes, came out the neck hole, tied a knot at the end of the hair piece and pulled it through the hair hole :) and I used both a curved needle and a straight packing needle...I like the packing needle better though :P
 De hairing courtesy of my boyfriend who loves doing tedious things (he used a pair of tweezers that's long and with a bent tip c: )

Hello there, I'm looking for some place (if you're within the DFW area) or somewhere on the web (that's USA based) that specializes in custom made necklace pendants. Because I'm looking to get something made like this: visitors can't see pics , please register or login

I orginally ordered this charm from eBay (but now I'm suspecting the seller is a liar :hmm: and my charm has yet to be actually shipped off....) so as you can guess I'm quite annoyed about the situation.

I've scoured both etsy and ecrater, and each time I see a slimmer of hope, the either don't do custom orders or they're shipping from across the universe X_X
(I'm very impatient. I don't like waiting more than a week for my stuff XD) SO, I'm desperately needing suggestions on places and websites that can do custom made pendants for me X'D
Please, no places that charge more than $100. And no places that ships outside the US unless they do extra expedited shipping :P

So, who would you want them in live action or still animated? :D
I would love to see Powerpuff Girls (live action)
King of the Hill (live action of course! XD )
Family Guy (live action...that'll be interesting  :blink: )

And weird enough, Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends O.o (maybe like with one of those movies with the mixture of live action and CGI...but not the crappy CGI like Nickelodeon has :s )

Today I was looking around on ebay for ponies (as usual) but when I clicked on some of the links to them

It claimed that the item was no longer available O.o the only filter I have on is BIN, so i'm not looking at completed listings. But if that were the case, then would the completed listing be removed?  :huh:

I went to go look at my feedback too and it was all clear (of course I still have my 9 positive feedback points :L ) but I miss seeing that i'm a good customer to the people, and I want other sellers to see i'm a good ebayer too  :cry:

Maybe the ebay peoples have cleared out everybody's feeback comment thingies because its a new year?

Please tell me its not just me ._.

As the topic title says, i'm wondering if this eSnipe stuff is trustworthy :o I've heard of it just recently and decided to look it up, I kinda get the jist of what's its saying but not fully....
Does it really work? Because if it actually works and is trustworthy then I may have to use it to get a grail pony or 2 XD (I really hate losing-hence that's why I avoid bidding at ALL COSTS) if not then oh well, I just have to keep scouring around here and the TP or am ebay BIN for my grails  :sigh:

Can any of y'all explain how this works? ^^ thank you in advance :3

Customs / What's The Difference Between Genuine MLP Hair and Just Nylon Hair?

While brainstorming my next custom, I looked up on Dollyhair.com picking the her colors out and noticed there's Nylon hair and Genuine Nylon hair for MLPs...so I'm thinking "What's the dang difference?  :blink: " the little paragraph blurb states that Hasbro also purchases from the same manufacturer for the pony hair on both the Nylon hair page.

Can just Nylon hair can't take heat or something? (I tend to flat iron my ponies hair on the lowest setting possible) or the texture or what?

Originally this custom was supposed to be a molded hair Anthony Kiedis pony, but I just had the red FBR just sitting on top of my books for about a year and some months (due to laziness and moldy clay :x), and after I looked at enough tutorials and everybody else's fantastic customs, determination took over and I ripped off his head (while breaking the head turning plug in the process  >_< so she can't turn her head now :/)and started rehairing him/it using my leftover weave hair  (that you can get from your local beauty supply store) just using a sewing needle (I used a carpet needle...just any needle with a big eye to get the hair through) and started going to town c:
Getting the earring in was an absolute pain X_X I used a push pin and made a couple of holes close together and wriggled the pin part around in her ear to make the hole big enough for the wire
And obviously I still can't paint details XD but oh wells :P
And yes she has black glitter eyeshadow and a glitter choker. I figured the glitter would hide the slashes in her neck from when I was deplugging her using a small kitchen knife (It was brutal man X_X) because I have no idea where my only x-acto knife went  :huh:

To say the least I quite happy with here c: and I hope to make more purchase worthy customs in the near future in order to make some extra money on the side ^^

Hello, first off I'm not sure if i'm in the right forum board for this :s but I figured its dealing with customs so i'm like, "why not?"  :lol:

But i'm curious how is Dollyhair.com's reputation nowadays? I'm eager to start rehairing with hair that's meant for MLPs and not humans! >.< (doing my first rehair with human hair now and it's horrible :c its a pain to get into the needle eye cause the hair splits all sorta ways e.e and no its not actually human hair before anybody starts to freak out  :P its what African Americans mostly use, and you can find it in a beauty supply store )

So back to Dollyhair...i'm really hesitant to order from that site, i've read some bad reviews about it and I really don't wanna risk losing my hard earned money from attempting to buy from that site. But if it's reputation picked up then i'll be hair shopping in no time! :D or if anybody has any unused hair they're willing to sell, hit me up a PM ^^

Do you get a PM stating so, or do you just randomly attempt to log on and you get a pop up box that says "banned!" or something of the likes of that?

Sorry if I sound nosey ^^; what sparked the question is that today I get a random PM from the My Little Pony Arena stating my account has been denied, of course I was scared and was wondering what the heck did I do wrong, but luckily it was from the archived arena and not here  :lol:
