Hi everyone;

One of the ponies I got in my bait lot yesterday has what I believe may be mold. Her head has dark spots all over her head and neck. Where pony cancer looks brown to me, this is like little black rings, almost target like in appearance on the big spots. (The inside of her head was also sort of moist, and stained a q-tip green when I wiped it out.)

Not the greatest pictures, sorry. I've never identified mold before, and since this looks different from the cancery spots I'm used to I wanted to get some Arena opinions... and a little help. How do I deal with this? I'd like to clean her up and send her on to a new home.

Well, THAT escalated quickly!

I bought a lot of 10 ponies on ebay a few days ago. 5 g1s, 2 fakies, and 3 g3s. I decided to go for it; for 20 bucks + shipping, I figured it would be okay to take a little risk, and since I'll be selling the fakies and G3's anyway, it'll work out!

Okay, well...
These ponies were gross. I opened the box and couldn't even touch them. They were so gooey and sticky and just nasty all over. I kind of ran off and hid from cleaning them...

But onto the G1 brags/nasty cleanup!

Hi there pretty pony! It's Best Wishes, with thick flocking, curls tangled beyond repair, and some unfortunately unscrubbable marks.

She's got a yellow mark along her neck seam that shows on the other side, and those blueish spots on her face, plus the dark marks around her joints that you can see here.

All hail the magic eraser! It didn't remove the red, but faded it quite a bit, and faded the blue marker on his head.

Other than that, two fakies, three G3s I need to look up, and a baby Frosting I'm wary to really clean. (Head/body mismatch, and I suspect mold. D: )

Anyway...

Three of those G1s are drying up in my room to join the herd.

Party Time I'll have to pass on to someone who doesn't mind such a nasty past. (Sorry girl!)

The fakies and G3s I'll clean up and sell later.

And... I don't think I'll buy another lot again for a while.

I want to make sure I'm calculating shipping correctly. I'm sending items in padded envelopes,but not flat rate envelopes. Do I select letter, large envelope, or package? I've been assuming large envelope because they're padded?

Once it calculates, is the first-class mail large envelope the shipping price I'm looking for?

Hi guys,

Long story short my friend and I want to make each other a custom; I'll be making them a MH pony, they're making me a MLP Doll. I want to make them Lagoona Blue, and have a white bait. I'd like to try to dye it, but don't know how. I've never done a custom in my life.  What kind of dye do you use to dye pony plastic; how do you do it, and will it stay? Do I need to seal it?

Thanks in advance; I'm sure I'll have plenty more questions later.

I was looking patterns up out of curiosity and saw that Butterick released a handful of pony patterns, like Blossom and Starshine. The fronts just have pictures of the ponies. I'm curious what the results look like? Is it a big pony plush, or an ornament? I've just never seen these before.
