So...I have multiple ponies missing back mechanisms...any ideas on where to get more, or should I just scrap trying to find any and just figure out a way to either sculpt something on/glue something on?

So, Dashesndots got her pony today, so i can now at least post pictures of her. I had never sculpted wings before, but I figured a baptism by fire was the best way to get started, LOL! So, here we go: Pony had to be sculpted on twice, as the first set of wings broke during the baking. I made the mistake of not adding enough wire to support the wings and the clay, so it broke off in the oven...I wasn't a happy camper, but lesson learned. I took her out, waited on it to cool a bit, added more wire, more clay, sculpted a LOT more to repair the broken parts, and popped her back in the oven. Oh, and yes, each feather was individually sculpted. Dashesndots had listed that she loved green and gold tanagers, as well as blue and purple butterflies. I took a mix of the two and added a hint of the blue and purple to the pony for extra drama. Her eyes were styled after the tanager, and a fine coat of glitter paint was brushed over every yellow surface. I had painted the poor feathers twice, because I loved the look of the tanager's feather pattern, but when I tried to duplicate it, I ended up messing up the pony, and went back to the original green. I know she's not super showy like most other ponies, but again, still learning. =] She was sculpted with Sculpey, painted with acrylics, sealed with Testors Dullcoat, and haired in Dollyhair. So, I was just wondering if anyone on here had a Pukifee ante they were wanting to sell. I'd love to see pictures, and I would have to definitely pay out on it, so there would have to be some negotiating. =]

So, I am looking to stock back up on my ponies and I am after g1s in need of a lot of love, even if they are covered in cancer. I would also LOVE to take all those extra flutters off your hands. Everyone has a bunch that they don't need, so I know someone out there wants to send them my way! I'm also always hunting for g2 and g4 baits as well, in any condition. PM me, I will trade rehairs, customs, jewelry, etc for ponies. If the prices are right, I might even buy

So I know this particular generation (g3.5) doesn't get much love, but I want to see what everyone has done with them. I know there have been some awesome customs done, and I really need some inspiration and to see and feel the love!
I also have quite a few McD. g3 ponies needing to be used as well, and I'd love to see what y'all have done with them too. So small, yet still rather cute. Please, show me everything you can think of!

So, I have a cheap air brush, which I know isn't great right now, and I intend to replace it eventually, but I am more looking to know what a good air compressor would be. I need something small and cheap, if that is at all possible. =]

So, I won an auction with a pink My Pretty Pony, and she is so darling! But I don't quite know what do do to clean her up, add a tail, repair her right eye (her ears and left eye wiggle, but her right one doesn't move), as well as wash her mane and get it looking pretty again. So, the sweet Colorscape did the body base painting and the glorious wings. So, all I did was a little tiny bit of detail work and reharing. =] But, I wanted to share this beautiful little pony with you all, and see if you could help me with a name for her! ETA: I have decided on Flutter Frost! I'm needing it for a private swap, so at least in good condition, and I don't mind having to clean or do some paint touch up or smalll repairs, that kind of thing. =]

Hey! I am running out of room on my little dresser for my blind bags, and I'm thinking it's time to put them on a shelf on the wall. Can I see how y'all store your blind bags? Also, if you've made your own wall shelf for them, is there any way I could get the dimensions on it?

So...I would love to get some tips on taking better pictures of my customs/rehairs...should I build a lightbox, should I take the pictures outside, fabric backdrop, etc?
Also, feel free to show off your photography! There are lots of talented people on here, and y'all aren't limited to just one thing, which is really cool! You should be so proud of yourselves for being so talented!
