I am trying to FBR a pony using a FolkArt Neon color and it is not going well at all. In fact it is driving me crazy. I've done several FBRs but never had such difficulty. It shouldn't even be this hard because the paint color is almost exactly the same color as the base--I'm just trying to fix a head/body mismatch that I noticed after boiling her to get the head off. 

Would anyone in  the US who owns an airbrush be willing to paint the pony for me if I sent it and the paint to you? Also please let me know how much you would charge for such a service. 

My local Michael's is clearancing out their Gallery Glass for $0.99/tube. They still have several tubes left of most colors (including crystal clear and hologram). If anyone needs it I can grab a bunch.

I'm making a custom Columbian white AJ, but have run into some discrepancies on her hair colors. It is mentioned here:

that she (and columbian blue belle) has one row of blue/yellow hair and another row of yellow/pink hair, but then I find this post where it almost definitely looks like the top row is blue & pink (and probably pink and yellow on the bottom):

Can anyone confirm for me whether it is blue/yellow and pink/yellow  or blue/pink and yellow/pink ?

I've been trying to expand my customs techniques and now I'd like to try out making bases. Please show me pics of ones you have made or seen. Though I'm especially interested in ones that have grass or other plants on them ANY examples would be terrific. I remember there were some really cute Halloween ones decorated with tombstones and such...  And there were some really great winter ones too...

What materials are they typically made of? Wood? Styrofoam? Metal? And what kinds of things do you use to decorate them?

The FBR was a custom orange mix; it came out nice and smooth, but MAN, I'm jealous of you who have air brushes, heh heh.  Her tambourines feature sparkly purple and pearly white paint. Her body was sealed with Mod Podge and her eyes/symbols were sealed with Pledge with Future Shine.   

After my first G1-->G4 Gingerbread premiered I received commissions for two more of them. Here they are, all finished:

This is probably my most detailed cutie mark to date and I'm fairly happy with how it turned out.

She is in the process of being sold, but I do take commissions if you would like one of your own. The cost would be $20.

There are 21 Pinkies in the photo (well, at least as far as we have found, heh heh). Three people managed to find 20 of the 21, but the first person to do it, and now the grand winner, is:

OH MAN! I really thought we had a grand winner, but as I was confirming the final count I realized that they missed one! So the contest remains open.

At this time I will go ahead and reopen the contest to those who have already maxed out on their attempts. Each person is now allowed four tries, so if you had maxed out your attempts you now have one more. Some of you are so close, I think this will be enough to finally crown a winner!

PLEASE include all the Pinkies you have found in each entry from now on; I've been getting very confused trying to keep everyone's entries straight over multiple PMs    Also, I will be deleting all the previous entries (my inbox is really swamped) so I won't remember where your previous guesses were.

I've been thinking about this contest for a while and have finally decided that it is time!

Since FiM has started my room has become overrun with Pinkie Pies! In this contest I challenge you to find all the Pinkies in the picture below. The first person to PM me with the correct answer wins a Pinkie Pie Prize Pack!

INSTRUCTIONS/RULES

1. Find all the Pinkies visible in the picture
This includes any picture representation and any custom/variant featuring her (as long as it is still identifiable as Pinkie Pie, i.e. it's PINK). There are some tricky ones, so look closely 

2. Send me your answer via PRIVATE MESSAGE. Answers must include a location so that I know you're not just guessing a random number.  Since there are a LOT of them, just telling me the number found on each shelf would be fine. Or, you can send me the picture with each PP circled. Please include all Pinkies in each of your entries (rather than just adding on the ones you missed); this will help keep me from getting confused and will speed up the process.

3. If you find a Pinkie Pie that I, myself, missed I'll add a little something extra to your prize 
(If your number for a particular shelf is higher than mine I will ask you to elaborate on the location of each one on the shelf and if you are right you will get the extra prize and the recognition of knowing more about my shelves than I do, LOL.)
