Hi I used to make these a long time ago, then I stopped, I forgot how much fun they were to make though so I got back into it! So I was wondering if anyone was interested in getting some? I plan on selling them $5 each plus $1 shipping for US people, would need to figure out international shipping. Im trying to do as much as I can to save up for christmas.  Heres some I did recently: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI could do your pony OC or favorite Pony, or even if you have a different character. (i cant draw humans though sorry >.<) Maybe I could even try to do a pet? I have lots of scrapbook paper to use as background and stickers for decoration, I would try to just add stuff that matched the characters personality. These are laminated and waterproof, and they would come with a clip as well. Hopefully its ok I ask for commissions here?

I am tired of relying on my phone to take pictures!
And now that I'm doing customs again, I really would like to take pictures that are actually presentable.
I don't know anything about cameras though, and I cant really afford something suuuper big and fancy.
Honestly probably looking at the $100 range. I am no photographer, and this camera does not need to be something super fancy and technical. I just need it to take pictures that are at least an OK quality.
Last time I had a camera it was a kodak easy share xD and that worked pretty good. But that was at least 10 years ago, and I have no idea what's out there now?

Iv bought plenty of things on ebay so in that regard I'm fine lol.
However, I have never sold anything? And I kinda dont plan on selling things "regularly." However, I was planning on auctioning off a custom with 100% money made being donated to a non-profit.
I want to advertise it on multiple social media to get as much attention for it as possible, so I guess Ebay is really the only place I could actually set up a legit auction where everyone would have access to bid.
So I guess, What are the fees like? Is this even worth it? what should I look out for?
I was once told that, unless you have a ebay shop that sells regularly, that setting up an auction as a one time thing, can be kinda a ripoff?

Except maybe arts and crafts? >.< Im sorry if it needs to be moved Well, I recently started a facebook and tumblr page for my customs, The tumblr would focus more on details, fun stuff, while the facebook would be for gallery/events sorta things. I'm trying to find more customs/pony/art related Facebook pages to like with mine so there's more activity? Also just putting it out there for if people were interested in following my customs page? Well the custom was actually for their daughter! I LOOOVE doing customs for kids! This is the second one Iv had the opportunity to make. Tak said their daughter loved pink, purple, hearts and stars and sparkles, long curly hair, and swirls. I tried my best to fit all of that in. They gave me total freedom to do whatever with those things in mind. Im really happy I was able to make something her daughter liked! I am down to just needing FIVE Vivillon to complete my collection of patterns!
I was wondering if anyone had these patterns for trade. My readily available pattern is Modern, which seems to be all too common lol. I have a few others as extras I can offer. I think elegant and high plains (ill have to check!)
But i'll trade anything for these vivillon, so it doesn't have to be just a vivillion-vivillion trade if youre looking for something else! Id even be willing to trade multiple pokemon probably. Legendaries are also on the table, just let me know which and ill let you know if im willing to part with it. xD

So ill try to keep this short. My son's birthday is on the 1st of december. It's been a long tradition that one of his gifts is an advent calendar. He's gotten many of the lego ones, but I feel like at this point, they're just a lot of repeat items for him. (he has a LOT of legos) One set he has none of, is the Minecraft series, and I KNOW he wants them.. Well I thought I would make him a minecraft lego advent calendar. I need help.. As much of a minecraft addict as I am.. I have no idea what's available in the lego series. Iv made a list of 24 items that I would like to put in it, but i have no idea if these actually exist in the series lol. I know ebay you can find a lot of generic minecraft "minifigures" but I would like to keep it official. Ill probably buy a few sets, use the figures for the callender, and just give the remainder of the sets to him for christmas. I also figured Ill probably have to buy a few extra characters on ebay, or maybe even here if anyone is selling. So here is my list! Hi, I've been buying a lot of things off ebay lately and when I buy something I pay immediately, or i'm afraid I'll forget. I honestly dont even know how to NOT pay instantly. xD
Well I ordered something, I paid right away as usual, and item arrives in mail. I was charged 1.18 at the mailbox because the weight of the package was more than the postage said.
I went to the seller and told them about this and asked for a refund of 1.18, they refunded me right away. I have no problems at all with the seller, mistakes happen, and they fixed it right away. But I randomly looked into my purchase history and under this listing it says "your payment is pending"
What does that mean? It has a big button that says "check paypal transaction" but when I click it and log into paypal it takes me to an Error page. I cant even leave feedback for this item, and I'd really like to because It really is a nice item and they handled the postage refund quickly and nicely..

So I collect any unusual bait I can, I like having a wide variety to work with. A long time ago I got a Secret wish in a lot of baits, I tossed her into my baits box and forgot about her.
Today Im sorting them out and I find secret wish on the very bottom of the bin. Shes turned orange, and her head more so then the rest of her, is also like kinda sticky? Im kinda disappointed :/ because sparkle ponies are hard to find baits for and she was the only one I had and now she's kinda gross.
Any ideas what happened? Nothing was spilled into the box, its kept in a storage bin, inside a cabinet, and she was the only pony that seemed affected by this, beside one others hair being all gross because it was touching the glitter pony. I wonder if I could wash her, but I would still worry that if I ever customized her then she would get sticky and gross again down the road. :/

I only just realized that there are even bigger G4 than the original Fashion style ponies, and they even have decent wing molds? Where/when were these sold? I have yet to see any around. Are they an older wave? or still very new? Even though I stopped collecting, I still always make a round to the pony section just to peek, and haven't ever seen these?
I'd love to find some for customizing xD
Also I couldn't find them on the "out and coming soon" page, but maybe I just missed them?
Last, Im still trying to figure out if the ponies with articulated legs have an actual series name or not. xD

They have good hair, no marks, but brother is missing his bowtie.
I want to sell the whole set together, so a combined pc would be ok as well.
Also unrelated, but i didn't want to make two posts, does anyone know what the G4 series is called, with the articulated legs? ^-^;

Hi! I've ALWAYS wanted to custom a style size G4, I've always loved them.. everything except the wings of pegasus xD. I was SURE that I saw a tutorial on how to cut down their wings to look more like the normal smaller counterparts. Or maybe it was just a post that someone made showing their process? Anyway if anyone knows what I'm talking about, and where this post is, I would love to look at that again! Meanwhile Ill just continue my search. :p Thanks! So I decided to just go for it, it really wasnt so hard after all, apart from me not having nearly the right tools for the job lol. I think this would go so much easier with an X-Acto and a dremel, or at least thinner bits of sandpaper. So here is our poor victim, Sorry Fluttershy. :c visitors can't see pics , please register or loginRough Cut, the sharpest knife I had was a utility/box cutter. Which was probably best for these first cuts, because the plastic is so much thicker. An x-acto would probably be easier for the second part though. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI just shaved thin pieces off to make it look as natural as I could. Its a little annoying that the mold for the back of the wing doesn't match up with the mold for the front, xD so Im going to have to figure that out later... visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI used various grit of nail files, (it was all i had) I feel like actual sheets of sandpaper would have worked much better at getting into corners, so ill probably pick some of that up. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI still have to do more sanding and cleaning up on the wings once i get better materials. But I'm happy with how they look. I wish they weren't so "upright" but its better than they were I guess lol.

So A few weeks ago I posted about wanting to get back into customs, and I got a few people who PM'ed me and gave me some really great Ideas. Cookhuman suggested an Ocean Themed pony and the idea just really stuck out to me, I NEEDED to make this custom lol. They gave me a theme but then full freedom to do whatever I wanted with it, which I love. I named her Ulana, Ula meaning "jewel of the sea" Bait is: Paradise Palm Hair is: Daiquiri Ice Atomic Turquoise Unlucky Clover Envy Sea Nymph (Using green's more heavily than the blues)Anyway Here she is! I'm really happy with her, and more excited than ever to start doing regular customs again! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginI sculpted a few bits of the coral, to cover the 3D symbol and just to add more dimension. Hey I have this friend who LOOOVES everything ape, but specifically Chimpanzee's.
He's always posting about conservation and news stories etc, and just really loves them lots.
Id really like to surprise him with a book, I feel like it's the only way I COULD surprise him, he collects a lot of "things" but I'm pretty sure he's only read a small handful of books, two of them being by Jane Goodall.
So anyone have any suggestions?
I googled and found many different books pop up, but since I dont know anything about what's creditable or not, and hes practically an ape expert. I don't want to just pick anything? I think he might even enjoy some Chimp fiction if its out there. (not counting Planet of the Ape stuff because Im pretty sure hes read all of that)

So Forgive me a bit, I am a mom, and my baby is now almost 13 years old, and I'm still trying to deal with the how and when that all came about. xD I'm a bit emotional. But today I just really want to brag about him. There is much chaos and stress in my life, but my boy is just a rock, he's funny and exciting and just supportive right when you need it. He's turned into such a GOOD and honest young man, and I'm still wondering how I managed to have some part in all that, when I was so SO different when I was his age. Well anyway, enough of my emotions. :p At about the middle of summer he started volunteering at "AC PAW" a cat rescue and adoption organization. They Are housed inside of Petsmart (not affiliated with though), and Cam already knew so many of the cats just from going in there constantly to talk to them. He's ALWAYS been passionate about animals, especially cats. When he started, He just played with some cats that needed some attention and exercise. But now he does so much more. He still plays with the cats who need it, but he also has learned how to groom them, he cleans out cages when a cat has been adopted, and helps set up new ones when a new one arrives. He's often one of the first to play with new arrivals, and he gets a pretty good idea of the animals character and helps the staff write up a bio for them. He's learned real big world skills as well, like showing up at a regular time, anticipating when some chore needs to be done without being asked every time, how to communicate with people in a way that is thoughtful and clear, and doing all parts of a job even the not so fun parts, without fussing about them. I'm just really super proud of him, and I'm so glad that he's had this opportunity. Iv put a couple photos of him in the spoiler. :p Hes such a different person from how he was at the beginning of summer, when he didn't even want to leave the house, instead he just wanted to play video games and watch tv. He still loves those things of course xD but its not what he's all about anymore. They plan on having a big "Adopt-a-Thon" next weekend and even asked him to be there specifically so he could talk to prospective adopters about the cats since he knows them all so well. Thanks for reading this ridiculously long brag xD I just needed to get it out of my system.
