Hello everyone!

a while ago (december 2012) i sold a plushie on ebay to a buyer who first claimed she had a sick daughter and wanted me to end the auction at 50$. I said i wouldnt and she then put a bid at 300... this made me feel worried. So i mailed her and told her that i could remove her bids totally, but she didnt want that, suddenly she was ok with paying this amount should she win (i had a bad feeling here so i was strongly considering to block & remove her bids).

We texted some (on ebay messages) and after assuring me shed pay if she would win, i let her (BAD decision!).

Everything went smoothly, i checked the plushie before i sent her ( a beanie fluttershy) , checked so that each part was firmly stitched and not loose etc.

She got the pony a couple of days later (express). But she then claimed that the wings were loose on the plush and that the pony was openen in the seams. (impossible, i checked the plush SO well before i sent it, and it was very well packed).

I then asked her to send me photos of the damage, but she claimed she didnt have a camera.. (who doesnt?) , and then changed the story to that she had opened up the ponys seams herself to release some filling ( it was too much according to her) .

I was really worried shed make a claim here as i had a bad feeling from before, so to avoid loosing much money on her i offered to make her another beanie plush for the "damages" wich she never could proove, just to settle her.

She then got her second plush and was happy!
Good, then nothing happened for 2-3 months, and yesterday she have made a chargeback claim from my paypal... (through her credit card company), claiming it was a un authorized use of her card ( she was VERY aware of that she had paid for this plush, so i know she is lying).

I contacted her on ebay, i was quite pissed of we might say, not only did she scam me for the first plush, but ALSO letting me sew her another plush for FREE, and yet claiming back ALL the money.... (its 277$ or so , wich means theres a huge diff in my paypal now, im quite angry).

Her respond was that ALL her accounts had been hacked (as if a hacker would chargeback that amount specifically, yea right.) chargebacks goes through the credit card company, so she is very aware of what shes done.

I was so upset i didnt reply to that, its no use as she have been lying about loads of stuff since we first started to message eacother about that auction i had out. Bah i just want this over with.

I get the feeling she waited all this time just to be able to scam me right in time before the time-frame of the credit card company ran out..

Ofcourse i disputed the chargeback, but can i actually win this? My question for this post is ; have anyone of you guys had a chargeback when you sold something too, and did you win the case? what can i do to win? I sent the tracking ID in the "respond to claim" message, but how does that help a chargeback?

so ive been finishing of yet another plushie . I decided id make twilight as an alicorn. Im not super happy about this whole alicorn thing regarding twilight, but i have to admit she does look cute with wings! I hope you like her

Hey guys!

Ive made a new plushie pattern wich im rather pleased with =) i first was inspired by the image/scene from babs seed episode when sweetiebelle holds a milkshake.
I found that she turned out very cute and decided to do a ditzy aswell, but with a muffin ^^ below is the result! I will be making more with this pattern, for sure.
They will be out on ebay tonight if anyone would be interested

Im asking in here because i havnt experienced a larger amount of bad trades/ wierd buyers before, its happend once in about a year, i guess im lucky lol.

Anyhow to the subject; i have a couple of plushies out at ebay at the moment. I got a question for one of them (fluttershy beanie), from someone who asked if i could cancel the auction for her at 50$ because she coudlnt go any further than that. She also said she had a daughter with a pretty bad disease and that she would want this pony for her.
She also woundered if i could comission one for her if she wouldnt win , i said sure, but im on a long comission list so that may take a while.

I politly replied that i couldnt cancel it as it is against ebay rules, an that it would be unfair to the other bidders. I also suggested her to check other auctions as there are cheaper plushies out there. But no she wanted mine badly, as her daughter loved fluttershy.
 Its pretty sad if the thing with her daughter is true, but who goes on ebay and try to get sellers to end auctions early because of it? i wouldnt tell a thing like that to a seller, but maybe thats just me?

She replied that she really wanted the pony anyway and had set a bid at a very high bid to ensure winning it (she told me the exact sum) 

Me: well, im sure it wont go that high so you'll probably win it.

Bidder: Yes , and im getting a bit worried now as its been going up in price, but if it ends in the hundreds im sure we can work something out!

Me: well, im sorry but i cant go down in price if youd win it (i assume this is what she ment), as i'll get a % based fee from ebay based on the selling value.

I then offered to remove her bids so that she could put a new lower bid, if she wasnt able to pay that much or worried for the price to get too far off.

She: No, i dont wanna loose.




Ok,so now i have a bad conscience  incase her story is true. I have heard of similar stories from other sellers where buyers try to pull this move to get a cheaper and or cancelled auction. What should i do? shoudl i remove her bids? i dont really want any hassle if she would win (wich she probably will based on her max bid...) but at the same time what if she really realy wants this for her daughter?

Ugh i feel that i lack experience on matters like this =( you guys got any ideas?

Ive always loved the twinkle eye ponies from G1 series, some day i need to get them all as toys , atm i only have masquerade  .

I though they'd look great as princess ponys like in FiM , so ive decided to make them all in this style "twinkle eye princesses" , starting out with galaxy =)
I know they're not alicorns etc, but i'll be making them all as alicorn princesses anyways.
I might make a comic with these charachters, i'll be sharing the pages with you on here once they're done ^^ i just need to work on some stories.

. This is simply made with handdrawing with normal pencils & black outlines, ive then photoed it with my cellphone and added a effect from the phones default photo editing, I choose this one as galaxy always used her horn to light things up (or so i remember), and i think this effect kinda gives that look!

im totally clueless when it comes to photoshop so please bare with me =)
