About four months ago I started collecting Monster High dolls. As such, my MLP collection has suffered. I've given my herd barely any attention over the last four months, but tonight I had a burst of 'MLP nostalgia' and decided to extract a few ponies (around 50-70 or so) from their containers and put them on display in my bedroom - unicorns, pegasi, earth, baby sea ponies, newborns, babies, the whole shebang.
What did I find? Frizzy hair, messy hair, hair stuck at odd angles, and dozens and dozens of sad eyes that all said, "Where have you been, tuney?"
Now I feel terribly guilty, but getting them all into tiptop shape is going to be an enormous undertaking. Most of them will go back into containers until I'm in the mood to display them again, but at least they'll be all pretty and such! I just feel so lazy. I wish I had a fellow collector nearby so we could fix them up together!
On another note, I realized that I have dozens and dozens of ponies that I give very little attention to. I suppose I should sell them. That way I can focus on the ponies that I really really enjoy and won't feel guilty about ignoring all the lesser loved ponies. I just feel bad about selling them. What if something terrible befalls them in a new home?!
TE Sky Rocket is sitting next to me on the couch as I type this. She's the only one who doesn't seem to be upset with me! hehe

How in the world were they undiscovered for so long?
I joined the MLP community late, meaning that when I became a member here, basically every foreign pony had already been discovered. Or so I thought. I always imagined how AMAZING it would be if new G1 ponies were discovered. I expected to totally get into the Venezuelan discovery, but I'm being a little blase about it, and I don't know why.
What are your thoughts on them?
(Feel free to try to win me over with pics, too. I'm easily swayed.)

I'm in search of Nicola Robert's album Cinderella's Eyes. I realize I can get it on ebay or amazon, but I'm really concerned with getting her B-Side singles Disco Blisters and a Comedown and Fix Me. I believe those are the only two tracks not on the full album. I also wouldn't mind getting Nadine Coyle's album either. If you're a UK member and can help me out, I'd GREATLY, GREATLY appreciate. iTunes won't allow me to purchase anything from the UK store  I can pay in paypal, of course  Please let me know if you can help, especially with the B-Side songs!

Here's how it works. Poster 1 shares a pony photo and makes a request. For example, I might post a photo of Red Roses and then ask that the next poster shares a photo of a pegasi. Poster 2 shares a photo of a pegasi, as requested, and makes his or her own request. NO REASONABLE REQUEST WILL BE REFUSED!!!! I forget the official name of the set, but I have it along with all the accessories. A month back a member mentioned she would buy it off me if I wasn't interested in keeping it, but I've forgotten who it was, and now I'm ready to sell! I'm also open to trades. Last night I had a dinner party with several guy friends. In my living room display cabinet were all my custom ponies, as always. I've been comfortable showing them off for quite some time. I finally decided it's time to showcase my original MLP as well, so I devoted the entire bottom shelf to them - Chief, Lavender Lace, piggies Minty and Lemondrop, Greek Sunbeam, Peruvian Windy, Lemon Treats, Sugarberry, Red Roses, Scrumptious, Wigwam, Frankie, Sunburst, German Tiffany, Applejack, Seaflower, Pristina, Magic Star, and Skippy.
Guess what? They couldn't even tell the difference between real MLP and the cool customs! They teased me a little, but it was all in good sport! hehe
