I miss the days where the cereal boxes would have REAL toys in them.  Not mail order offers, no UPC redemptions, not poor excuses for childrens book.  Real. Toys.

I would be thrilled if I bought a box of cereal and there was a blind bag pony in there.  Wouldn't matter if I had it already.  I would go crazy.

I would buy so many boxes of cereal that I would eat it three meals a day to get my hands on the ponies.  I'm not even kidding about this.

...and I don't want the toys in the "kids cereals."  No, I want them in my granola! Or my plain Cheerios.  Maybe some bran-type cereal that keeps you regular...

So, who else wants a pony in their granola?

I've been selling on eBay for 12 years (gee whiz, that long?)

I once dreamed of how awesome it would be to be a "Power Seller."  A dream that was, well, very unlikely.

Because I sold off my G1 collection, I have sold over 100 items, blah blah blah...and, as of next month, I will be a Top Rated Seller

But, wait, there's more!

I was re-reading all the gobbledy gook on my Seller Dashboard and learned that I am only $270 away in sales to becoming a BRONZE POWER SELLER!

Omg, omg, is this real? Has this really happened? Thank you, thank you all!  Without you, none of this would be possible!

I highly doubt I'll keep this status for more than 12 months, but I'll try.

I mean, this seems a super silly to be proud of, but I am.  I'm so proud of this!  I'll get little icons next to my eBay name!

My mom and I love going to a local auction house.  We love it SO much, tha we rarely go   Too tempting to bid on so many different things.

Last year, my mom went and won a lot.  She bought it because it contained a set of placemats we used to own and we've missed them (total luck and we are so happy).

The lot also included a box of art prints (lithographs?)  My mom really liked them and held on to them...until yesterday.  I guess she was inspired by my participation in the "Get Rid of 50 Things" thread?  Anyway, she told me to sell them online.

Um, yeah, I sell things that I at least have a clue about...or a clue of where to look in order to learn more about something.

A box of art prints?  Where do I begin?  There are flowers, birds, ships, woodland scenes...and it looks like the person who owned them before tried to sell them at a flea market because there are tags on them.

Any idea of where I should start with these things?

I did a little re-organizing so I could squeeze in two brushable additions & my Funkos that are en-route.  Oh my word, I knew I was increasing my herd, but I did all of this in less than a month?!  This isn't including my newly created Blind Bag army, the GIANT WeLoveFine bag I stashed away, and two mini-posters.  I can't believe it.   

I have a few trades/buys to complete, but after that I am swearing off the G4s...for a while...at least until I sell my duplicates/G3's...

I bought a large bag of brushes & combs today and am sorting things out.  So far, so good...but I KNOW I will have lots of questions.

First Question:  She-Ra brushes - did Mattel use these brushes for any other toy line?  I have waaaaaaay too many colors for these to all be She-Ra related.

I am so impatient sometimes!  I need some input before I drive myself nuts.

I have a bunch of listing up right now.  All are the "$X or Best Offer" kind of listing.

I can see that multiple people are watching my items (yay!).

This is what I don't get:  I normally watch an item when I want to bid on an "auction-style" listing.  Why add something to your watch list when it's a fixed price?  Why not just go ahead and make an offer?

For example, you see an item for $10 or Best Offer and you think to yourself "wow, that's a good price, but there's an auction going for $5."  Why not just offer $5 instead of adding it to your watch list?

I'd like to hear your thoughts before I drive myself nuts over thinking things again 

I am curious how many of you follow the "No Pony Left Behind!" credo.

I'm normally very particular of what I pick up, but recently I passed on a G3 Blossomforth & Spring Breeze at a thrift store.  I really wanted to get them, but I don't collect G3's and paying the $4.35 for both of them just seemed too much.

My inner child has re-discovered Perler Beads.  When I'm not trying to organize them by color, I've been Perlin' Ponies.  My latest creation: RAINBOW DASH!

...and then I ran out of light blue beads 

...so...I had a kit that has step-by-step instructions on how to make pompom "monsters."  So I made a pompom Dash, lol!
