So I bought TAF Yum Yum from ebay and it arrived smelling strongly of smoke which was not in the description, so I requested a return. The seller appears to be a newbie with 29 feedback and said she bought it from a garage sale but that is not an excuse for why she didn't mention the smell.
Anyways, the seller is set to not take returns, so I requested one thru ebay. Well its been a few days now, so I messaged the seller and asked if she is going to accept my return. She messaged back she has no idea what I am talking about and does not know how to do that. I thought ebay would send her a message and she has to accept my return before I send it back right? Then I can like print a label?
Update: So the seller emails me the email she received from paypal with my initial purchase. I let her know that this has nothing to do with the return. I told her she should call ebay for assistance. I feel like hitting my head on something hard :/ This seller is making this more difficult than it has to be!
2nd Update: So seller is upset now saying this is out of control. She is just going to give me a refund and I can quote "throw the pony away if I want." Wow. By the way her name is rodamleean and I would avoid her at all costs. Obviously she cannot be bothered to call ebay for assistance and can not take responsibility for a pony smelling of smoke. I tried to explain to her that the refund system is setup to protect the buyer and seller but apparently she doesn't care. Smh.
3rd Update: She is only going to refund me for price of pony and not shipping, but says I can keep the pony. However, she claims she sent in a good faith. I just explained to her how misleading it is to a buyer not to let them know about the smell of smoke whether she did it directly to the pony or not. I don't think she thinks she did anything wrong. I guess some people will never learn. :/

My mom bought some earrings off ebay that came bent so I opened a return request and seller approved. However, I can't print a return label. It keeps telling there is an error. I tried two different browsers . It is on my dad's account and he isn't going to call ebay for help. Should I just pay for shipping back?

So I ordered two Monster High dolls MIB from a seller on ebay. When I got around to opening the shipping box yesterday, I was immediately overcome with the smell of smoke. The boxes and I suspect the dolls inside smell very strongly of smoke. I cannot put these dolls with my collection right now because I don't want the other dolls to smell. However, I don't know if airing them out would help. I messaged the seller yesterday stating she should have mentioned it. And today I requested a return, even though the seller says they don't take returns. So I guess I will see what happens :/

So in December, I found this lot of vintage pony stuff at Goodwill for $8! The playsets have most accessories but the Nursery roof is discolored. Sundance and baby cotton candy are in great condition, but the others are more baits. I think it was a pretty good haul! And recently I found a Munchy with a forelock cut, but she is great besides that. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

So my short time with Pullip dolls is over lol. I am probably going to sell Ally, the 10th Anniversary doll. I have taken her out of the box but she has only been displayed. I only see prices on ebay for unopened boxed ones, so how much should I ask for an opened Ally?

So I got an envelope in the mail yesterday from an H Rowe in Indiana. It contained a beanie Lucky and Cheerios Bee. I am pretty sure I did not buy these lol. It also contained a Hummel card. I have no idea who sent me these but I am pretty sure it was meant for someone else. Problem is I buy from instagram and facebook so I have no idea who it could be. I looked through my paypal account for the last month and could not find an "H Rowe." I also don't know if maybe I bought somenthing from this person and they sent my item to the other person. I really don't keep track of what I buy. I get things in the mail and I forgot I bought it lol. So anyways, I posted a picture on instagram hoping somone would see it but no luck yet. I guess I should just hold on to the items for awhile and see if the seller contacts me? Or should I just ship them back at my own cost? I also am pretty sure its not a RAPOK since I have no interest in cereal characters
