Ok so I got a hold of a wave 2 Lulu Luck recently and found subtle differences between her and the toys r us re-release. I wounder if anyone has the others that have been re-released and can compare (cookies for pictures~) on Lulu I found the second wave one s orange/yellow streak was a little more orange and her eyes were slightly lighter pink- visitors can't see pics , please register or loginand you can tell by looking at the numbers on there hooves  My second wave one has an early code 11291 while my toys r us one has no code. if anyone else has them to compare are the slight color differences constant? I would love comparisons of the main 6 (are they any different then any other wave?), Blossomforth, Rainbow Flash, and Tea Love? This information would be very very helpful as I'm only 12 blind bags from completion- but would be willing to skip the wave 2 main 6 if they are just the same ones again

So last weekend I had some coupons for 25%off all MLP and thought I would pop in and grab some of the bigger sets that I have been holding off on because of price (and to get a few baits)- but when I got there they had ALL the new stuff as well  I stood there and debated for a while when my husband just suggested I grab everything while they are on sale- because lets face it I'll buy it all eventually anyway  It was just to much pony not the share so hear is the haul! The whole back of the car was packed with boxes  visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginWe also stopped by Target when I found glitter Pinkie and Wisteria, the Equestria Girls DVD and a really nice sale on a 5 pack of Monster High girls  Also this is the first time my giant Luna has been photographed- I'm making her for Night Mare Nights in Dallas~ Also my prize for the Arena Derby arrived a while ago- 2011 Fair Pony~ Only my second Fair Pony as I just got 2010 Dandelion pony 2 weeks before off Taobao. I passed on her when she first came out- her online photos weren't that impressive, but WOW she is stunning in person! So I was thinking is there one yet? and if not would there be any interest if I started one? I do have almost all the accessories in neatly labeled bags so it would be pretty easy for me to get one up and running with at least the first 2 years of G4 releases and a good chunk of this years... I would likely arrange it like Lady Twilights page for G1 accessories as it is fantastic

So today I went thrifting and ended up with 3 extra La Dee Da dolls- I don't collect these and want to know if there would be any interest in them before I send them off to live live with neighbor girls and what I should ask as a sale price if there is interest?
I have these girls- they look mint, hair paint ect. is perfect and they have there shoes, backcards box inserts ect. but no outfits/hair bits...
Cyanne- Pepperment pose
Dee- Dots of style
Tylie- Cotton Candy
They also had other girls I was thinking about going back for if someone wants them- but they were $10 each (I would be happy to pick them up at cost if they are wanted) and are just like these (minty on the cards with there stuff/shoes but the outfits gone)

Dee- the one that normally has a city scape dress...
he said he might have more but they were all in the same condition~

I recently cleaned all my princess ponies and dressed quite a few of them up- Now I want to see more ponies in cute things. So I have a custom someone sent me in hopes I could fix her. This custom is a well known FIM character and according to her owner her sculpted hair was broken in shipping when she was shipped without any padding. The original person who made her apparently will not fix her or make a replacement.
I have no idea who made her to start with but the craftsmanship looks shoddy to me. It looks to me like her hair was originally made with brittle air dry clay- and that is was likely broken and glued back together at least once before being painted (there is a rather notable seam line in the hair where it broke before that has been painted over) There is no way to save the old hair- it crumbles and turns powdery at a touch.
at minimum I need to re-sculpt and paint her hair- but the eyes and cutie mark could really use some touching up as well. How far should I go with this restoration and when is it just considered a whole new custom? Should I sign her hoof when I'm done? (the old artiest did not)
What are your overall feelings about repairing customs?

My net connection has been spotty to non extant for the last two ish months and that lead me to falling really far behind on leaving people feedback- I think I've caught up with everyone now but if I missed you please message me! I don't want to short anyone and I feel awful about falling behind so badly.

I was thrifting the other day when I found a Galaxy- when I got her home I noticed something rather strange about her, she is a lot darker pink then my childhood one  My first thought was regrind possibly? but her body color is perfectly even~ Is it a variant I knew nothing about? visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

So I was updating some of the photos of my ponies on the Ponydex because they just had a spa day and look fantastic! I found it really fun to see a few of my girls and how there looks have changed over the years and wanted to share. Moondancer is one of my Favorite G3's and the fist one I found at a thrift. I'm long over due for a post I don't have much time on the net right now so I'll have to be quick First off my partner got her Doctor Who swap pony~ I was thinking of naming her cosmos but decided to leave the name up to her new owner LeighAnnApanites. 3 of the things on her list were- the 4th doctor, the tardis, and "epic grandeur of journeys through all of space and time" So I combined those into one concept for this pony. So I got really lucky this week and found a bag full of MH dolls  I'm keeping quite a few of them but there were some doubles I just don't need. Specifically I have- Wave 1 Lagoona (shorts, bracelet, one earring, no leg fins) Dawn of The Dance Frankie (earrings, hairband, necklace, no hands) Gloom Beach Jackson Jekyll (shorts, shirt, glasses, saddles- I might have his pet but I'll need to look) I was wondering if anyone knew the prices on these guys and if they might be in the ball park of any of these other dolls I'm still looking for as I would be most interested in trading~ (its nice if the ones I'm looking for have accessories but not necessary) Abbey Bominable (except roller maze, and beach) Any Rochelle Goyle Dance Class Howleen Wolf Scaris City of Frights Catrine DeMew Draculaura (Newspaper) Fashion Pack Create-A-Monster Werecat, Werewolf or Dragon
