Just wondered if anyone else had noticed the difference in the size of head on the unfinished bobbie and wondered if they were all like this

The head is hard and not soft like the others.

When I brought this pony off eBay earlier in the year the previous owner had him from new and said that the pony came with a pink and blue tail. I was really disappointed as I thought it would be a faded pink tail that came with normal bobbie but it came with a regular pink tail that I kept anyways.
Possible match?
