Sparkle Snow was supposed to become Big Brother Nightglider, but I had some serious mishaps with the sealant I was trying out. This lead to series of events where I had to add darker colors to the pony to hide the badly uneven areas and come up with something else. He was supposed to be more of a galactic pony, but I didn't feel like making him as dark as that would have needed, so I made him a snowy pony instead. Painting was done with acrylics and sealed with MSC. Last I added some glitter with glue. His hair is all nylon: Dollyhair Brilliant Black and Moonlight and Retrodolls Blue Glacier. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginG3 Lace Heart was a simple idea: I wanted to try and make a lace pony. Looking through my baits I found a G3 diva pony who spoke to me and that's where I started. The painting was rather nerve wrecking, I am not used to such details, but overall I think she turned out fine. Her hair is combed acrylic yarn. As she is a diva I added faux lashes to her eyes. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginThanks for looking!

I found this pony from my pony boxes: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI know she's Princess Silver Rain, but what got me confused was the items she had with her. I thought her umbrella and comb were supposed to be purple? Is there a color variant of her or do I just have an oddball? Also, how much is she worth? Her symbols have small scuffs, her eyes are pretty and both have their gems. Her hair is surprisingly good for having tinsel.

I made this girl for WaePonies and had fun times with it, so I am glad WaePonies likes her! ^^ The skull is made from Apoxie, wire and tin foil. Pony was painted with acrylics, sealed with Mr. Super Clear and then rehaired with Retrodolls Nylon. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

Some weeks ago I started drawing this sketch and finally got around to getting a picture of it (still no scanner in use...). This will be a painting of some kind once finished. Still debating whether to use acrylics or watercolors. Maybe a combination of them? Anyhow, here's the sketch! visitors can't see pics , please register or login

My partner for this swap was cloverofmist and the pony arrived to her finally, so here are pictures! One of the characters in her list was Little Mermaid and I decided to go with that. Fimo+tinfoil tail, acrylics for painting, mohair for hair, Army Painter for sealing and gloss varnish. As she was kind of lacking, I made her a companion eel out of Fimo. She is far from perfect, my first time finishing a mermaid tail, but as long as cloverofmist likes her I am pleased visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginThanks for looking!

So, inspiration hit last night thanks to Kazzelin in Shoutbox and at the same time I had trouble sleeping. I ended up finishing this girl on one sitting. I also had new brushes to test out and I loooooove them! Acrylics, Army Painter matte varnish, nylon from Dollyhair.com (Stormy Sky and Tea Rose). She doesn't have name yet, so I'm open to suggestions visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginThanks for looking!

So it's finally official, I will be gathering my stuff and moving almost across the country. Yay! I have been itching to get up and do this for years, but haven't had a good chance before this. I was about to move some years ago but had to decide otherwise because of family and my own health, and after that my father had a bad stroke so I felt obliged to stay, help and see how my family would get on their feet and survive that situation. Now that my health is better, my father is better and my family is doing fine, one of my friends from there asked if I was interested moving in with her as her previous house mate was moving out. I had visited my friend many times and always ogled at that apartment, loving pretty much everything about it, so after some time I decided that yes, now was a good time to try my wings at another city. There's this study program that I think will be perfect for me and help me with my goal to another school, plus I have more friends there than I have in my current living place. Also I can take a dog when there's a good time for it as my current apartment has a no new dogs policy, when you move in and you have a dog it's fine but while living there you can't take new pets. My new house mate already said it would be fine with her, she herself has two dogs and she thinks highly of them. So overall, YAY! I got my new bus card today and I'm so giddy that I can only wobble around all excited. I know that the move will kill me, but after that I expect to be pretty darn happy! Is anyone else moving or having similar experiences?

Kuolontalvi (Death's Winter) started out as a baity G3 whose name I don't remember. She was given horns made out of Apoxie Sculpt, painted with acrylics, sealed with Army Painter and glossed with gloss varnish, rehaired with dyed Snowflake Dollyhair. As a finishing touch she got false lashes. I'm glas she made it safely to Roogna, her horns broke the first time I packed her so I had to delay shipping because of that. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginThanks for looking!

RedLynx got her pony so I am able to post pictures Absol was painted with acrylics, sealed with Army Painter matt spray varnish and eyes glossed with gloss sealant. Her fur collar is made out of faux fur and her hair is Dollyhair's Hematite. Her removable helmet was made out of Apoxie Sculpt and then painted with same acrylics I painted the pony. To create a bit different kind of surface than the pony's I used different kind of sealant for it, so there is a bit of crackle effect in it. Unfortunately these pictures were all I got, it was so dark in my apartment for many days they were all I managed to get. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginThans for looking! I'm so glad RedLynx likes her and that it arrived at a good time when it was needed

A pony made in remembrance of my dog who was put to sleep on Oct. 18th 2013 because of aggressive bone cancer. She was the queen of my heart, hence the slightly fancier hair-do and decorated collar. She was made based on the feelings and memory of her, not based on picture, so she is not spot on similar than the dog was. Also her paint job is far from perfect but what can you expect when painting while bawling your eyes out... visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginAnd one picture of my other remembrance pony, Valentino: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThanks for looking <3
