My aunt passed away this last Thursday and I really want to do a pony with angel wings. Show me some of yours so I can see which direction I should head in. Feathers Sculpted or other.. Thanks
 

I had fun doing this pony. Uninu said she liked mint colors and lyra was the perfect match I didn't rehair her  I just added colors to her mane that matched the colors I used for her face paint I also choose to do her own name on the tombstone symbol .. I was trying out another custom but the overall theme stressed me out (I don't handle stress  ) so I stayed simple..

I had the lovely urocyonfox for my partner, She had tons of things I could have gone with I really loved the puppets but didn't think I could pull off that in pony form however I did try to face up a monster high and it was super cool.. ok back to my pony I choose little red riding hood from her list and I based it mostly on a picture she added for reference.

I used baby g4 sweetie belle as my base she was rehaired with nickel, moonlight, and cherry pie. she was painted with Americana paints in red, white, and metallic silver(darker). I sculpted her skirt but hand painted the rest (she stated she didn't want a full sculpted dress which is good I was worried even with what little I did). I used ever after high cape and sewed it to fit her. I was going for a zombie/dead/vampire theme. She hunts wolfs to sustain life with eating their brains and drinking their blood. So she has creepy eyes to go along with that. I made a base painted all brown with my sig. on the bottom along with the swap title and theme.

On the base I made a moon with wolf to match the reference picture it was colored with crayons and I painted it with glow in the dark paint on both sides sealed it with sealer as well. I had some really creepy movie figure props so I painted the half bone looking creature, added the bloody weapons. I used ever after high basket and cut the top so it was opened. I hand sculpted brains and hand painted them to put into the basket, along with a bottle of black poison. next to the basket is a little larger bottle with blood in it (just red paint no worries).

I had loads of fun doing this swap and I just loved learning even more things while doing it. I am so glad she arrived safely and that you love her. and if you happen to have better pictures feel free to share them

Ok so I see that luna lovegood was a popular character for this swap..  So here is my pony I made for the lovely Gemini_pony. I love luna because she is so strangely different from everyone else and she has a amazing imagination. So I went with the luna who has the spectrespecs.. see picture for reference I used

I used a g4 fashion style rarity rehaired with dollyhair's goldilocks (I left straight because I know people love to brush the hair) painted leggings and shoes, sewed jacket (my sewing skills are basic) I added the vintage rhinestone button (my grandmother passed when I was 16 and I got a load of her buttons) earrings are made from sculpey clay and baked then painted with Americana paints. I made the mini books from print ups online and put them together, you can read them.. I made the spectrespecs from a rainbow dash googles with a cut out design of the hands and baked and glued and then hand painted .. they were the tough to do... all in all I had super fun making this pony

I want to commission a pony for my Bday which is the 4th of july but I need some inspiration for what to choose and I want to commission a baby teeny tiny.. The girl I wanted to commission doesn't seem to be doing them any more so I would love to see others work..
