I've been meaning to post Snowflake for ages - I made her.. At least a year ago? But up until recently haven't had time to finish her and take pictures. She has proven very difficult to photograph and looks a lot better in person but after about five attempts this is as good as it's going to get ![Tongue :P](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/tongue1.gif) Here she is ![Smile :)](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/smile_001.gif) She's for sale on ebay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/My-Little-Pony-G4-Custom-Snowflake-OOAK-Snow-Winter-Frozen-Ice-Alicorn-FIM-/201713974322?hash=item2ef716fc32:g:bdMAAOSwKOJYIyxGvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginAstra and Bubbles are more recent customs. Unfortunately the pictures really haven't come out well and make them appear brush strokey (I'm sure thats a word..). Again, they look a lot better in real life, but I can't seem to get them to come out accurately. Both are for sale on ebay: Astra: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/My-Little-Pony-Custom-Astra-G4-FIM-Blind-Bag-Nebula-Space-Stars-Galaxy-/201713977038?hash=item2ef71706ce:g:lbEAAOSwcUBYIycIBubbles: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/My-Little-Pony-Custom-Minature-Bubbles-G4-FIM-Blind-Bag-OOAK-Blue-Pegasus-/201713980639?visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

Hey I was just wondering if someone could possibly give me a quick price check on Merry Treat and Tornado's combs? Merry Treat's: Great condition, no broken teeth or chew marks etc Haven't got any pictures of this one yet as I've only just come across it in with my spare combs! Edit: I think I've just found her original ribbon, too. What would they be worth together? Tornado's: Pictures below ![Tongue :P](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/tongue1.gif) - One tooth broken but still hanging on by a thread, minor(ish) chew marks, visible in picture: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

Hey everyone ![Smile :)](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/smile_001.gif) Got a few new (and not so new) customs I'd like to share. Moonbeam (the G3) is recent, Summer Strawberry was made around the time I started sculpting for the first time but only finished recently and G1-G4 Sugarberry and Baby Sugarberry were made back in 2013 (but never posted ![Blush ](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/redface_001.gif) ) First up is G1 - G4 Sugarberry and Baby Sugarberry. As mentioned above they were made back in 2013 but had some finishing touches left to do that I just never got around to doing. While I think I could do them better now I'm pretty happy with them aside from the eyes. I really wish I could redo them I tried to get the symbols as accurate to their G1 versions as possible. Ebay Link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/My-Little-Pony-Custom-G1-to-G4-Sugarberry-Baby-Sugarberry-2-Set-FIM-Brony-/201363078586?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item2ee22cbdbavisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginNext is Summer Strawberry. She was made a while back a little after I started sculpting but I only finished her recently. She is one of my most recent customs. I'm quite happy with how she turned out ![Smile :)](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/smile_001.gif) Her Ebay Link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/My-Little-Pony-Custom-Moonbeam-G3-Moon-Luna-OOAK-Brony-Stars-Star-Blue-White-/201363114397?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item2ee22d499dvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

Hey everyone ![Smile :)](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/smile_001.gif) Been meaning to post these for a while. ![Look Around :lookround:](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/lookround.gif) G1 Bubblesong: I made her about a year to a year and a half ago. Much as I loved the idea of her I was never happy with her so she's sat at the back of my glass cabinet for ages. I finally decided to list her on ebay a little over a week ago. She was originally a Confetti who had almost no symbols left, no tail and a severely cut mane. Her eyes were also rubbed badly, but her body what good so I hadn't originally planned to paint her base. After putting many hours into her symbol I made some mistakes on her legs that stained them blue ![Urgh! >_<](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/urgh.gif) so I decided to airbrush a gradient on her instead. As I said before, I'm not completely happy with her. The one thing I was fairly happy with is her eyes - I find G1 eyes so hard!! Note: The green on her ear in the second picture is a reflection of something. There's no mark there. Here's her ebay link (she only has a little under a day left): http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/My-Little-Pony-Custom-Bubblesong-G1-OOAK-Dolphin-Dolphins-Sea-Blue-Bubbles-/201318188928?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item2edf7fc780visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginBunnylove: Despite being absolutely rabbit mad and having had them for over half of my life I just can't draw/paint rabbits!! ![LOL ](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/laugh1.gif) Aside from that I actually quite like how she turned out. I used alternating plugs of 'Virgin Snow' from DH, 'Raspberry Sherbert' from RD and 'Heartthrob' from DH. Again, she is for sale on ebay, though only has a little under a day left: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/My-Little-Pony-Custom-Bunnylove-OOAK-Love-Sweet-Bunny-Rabbit-G3-Bunnies-Cute-/201318187157?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item2edf7fc095visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

Hey everyone ![Smile :)](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/smile_001.gif) I recently got a Thundercloud who needs a full rehair (no tail, cut and frizzy mane). His head and body are a bit mismatched, but both have discoloured (nothing unusual there lol) Before I rehair him I'm just wondering if there's anything I can do to brighten him up, even if it's just a little. I'm tempted to try sunfading, but not sure how he'll react. I was just wondering if anyone has ever tried to sunfade him? Thanks

Hey everyone ![Smile :)](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/smile_001.gif) Not sure why I've not asked this here before! I've been struggling for so long with either handmade paintbrushes or brushes that are too big for symbol painting (I actually use a 3/0 line brush for most of my symbol painting) I am vegetarian not vegan, but even so I don't like using animal products where it's possible to avoid them and I do particularly avoid fur products (like sable). I can't even stand to touch a natural brush So I'm desperately hoping someone might know where I can buy a synthetic small detail brush? I've been searching for a couple of years but the brushes are either sable/natural or unmarked :/ The only small synthetic ones I've ever found are my line brushes! Thank you so much for any help

Hey everyone Been working on these three lately. The G4 was sculpted a while back but never finished, but the other two were done within the last two weeks. I don't think I'm doing roses again for a while ![LOL ](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/laugh1.gif) All three are on ebay ![Smile :)](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/smile_001.gif) I'm still relatively new to sculpting and (being lazy and impatient) I have never done any tutorials ect on it - just messed around on my own, so any criticism is (as always) appreciated ![Smile :)](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/smile_001.gif) Lady Roseheart's hairpiece was a last minute idea when I came across a pair of new earrings with roses and realized it would look perfect in her hair. Best bit is that I have a second one for another custom now ![Tongue :P](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/tongue1.gif) Lady Roseheart: Ebay link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/My-Little-Pony-Custom-Lady-Roseheart-OOAK-Love-Sweet-Hearts-Rose-Red-G3-Romance-/201272134524?pt=UK_Toys_Creative_Educational_RL&hash=item2edcc10b7cvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginRosalina: Ebay link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/My-Little-Pony-Custom-Rosalina-G4-FIM-OOAK-Sculpted-Rose-Romantic-Red-/201272914593?pt=UK_Toys_Creative_Educational_RL&hash=item2edcccf2a1visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginRibbons n Roses: Ebay link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/My-Little-Pony-Custom-G3-Ribbons-n-Roses-OOAK-Sculpted-Merry-Go-Round-Romantic-/201272930704?pt=UK_Toys_Creative_Educational_RL&hash=item2edccd3190visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

Hey everyone ![Smile :)](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/smile_001.gif) I'm really late to be posting this one (she's been on ebay for well over a week - and is ending tonight ![Blush ](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/redface_001.gif) ) Just wanted to share a custom I made a good few months back with you all. Her name is Lady Fluttertail. She was painted in pearlized pink. Considering she started off as a failure, I was fairly happy with how she turned out in the end... Right up until I glue the hair in. And clever(ahem, lazy) person that I am, rather than go and get my usual glue for the hair I used the superglue that was in front of me, not seeing a problem with it as in my head if anything it would be stronger than my regular glue. What I forgot was that I had already made this mistake twice before... Superglue likes to run through plug holes - no matter how much hair is in them ![Indescribable -_-](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/Oi.gif) Put her head upside down until a few seconds later I felt an odd burning sensation on my hand.... And realized my fingers were bonded to a pony head.... The NDS of her face, as well as the back of her neck and a little bit on the front and DS side of her head ended up with superglue all over it ![Cry ](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/cry1.gif) I sanded it down and repaired the damage to the best of my ability, but as you can see some damage remains :/ She's not as bad in person, but still very upsetting ![Sad :(](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/sad_001.gif) I hate doing eyes too - and I had just finished them! Had to repaint almost the entire NDS eye *sigh*. Thankfully her display side looks almost intact (pictures make it look worse than it is) Ebay link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/201257918847?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1558.l2649visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginThis is another pony that has been completed for months but has given me an unbelievable amount of trouble photographing This is Starletta, another nebula pony as I love doing space themes Rehairing her took forever, especially as I made extra plugs (why I don't know - she already had four long rows! ![Blink ](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/blink.gif) ) She was rehaired with DH nylon 'Fairy's Breath', 'Wisteria', 'Hyacinth', 'Amethyst', 'Sour Grapes' and 'Ultraviolet' She is for sale on ebay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/My-Little-Pony-Custom-Starletta-G4-Fashion-Style-OOAK-Brony-FIM-Stars-FS-Star-/201265437387?visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Hey everyone ![Smile :)](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/smile_001.gif) Had a lot going on lately so haven't finished as many ponies as I'd planned. Just wanted to share these two with you. They've actually been done for a while now, I just never got around to photographing them They are both on ebay ![Smile :)](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/smile_001.gif) Argie Lickety Split: I made her a little while ago from a cotton candy who (if I recall) had almost no symbol, no tail and a badly cut mane. I don't actually have an Argie Lickety Split to compare her to, so I worked from pictures online (which, it would seem, are extremely difficult to find!). I hope I got her right ![Look Around :lookround:](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/lookround.gif) Only thing I intentionally did differently was to leave her hair extra long. I tend to do that anyway as I think it looks nicer (and can always be trimmed later if desired), and in LS's case I thought it would help show she was a custom. I have also made sure she's signed under her hooves in permanent ink so she can't be passed off as an original (not that anyone would confuse my awful customising with an original anyway ![LOL ](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/laugh1.gif) ) Ebay link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/201228929289?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1558.l2649visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginSunset Horizon: This pony was very much an experiment for me. I've never done a pony with a landscape sort of theme before. I'm not sure if I'm happy with her or not, but as I say, she was an experiment. She took a long time! Ebay link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/My-Little-Pony-Custom-Sunset-Horizon-G3-OOAK-Landscape-Mountain-/201229586610?pt=UK_Toys_Creative_Educational_RL&hash=item2eda37d0b2visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

Last thing I need today. After losing my beloved rabbit yesterday I just wanted a quiet day today... I just received a message on ebay from a bidder on one of my ponies: Hi starshinescustoms, When I was outbid on this item I bought another one and would like to withdraw my bid as I have no use for two of them. I was not aware that my bid could once again become the high bid. Thanks for taking the time to read and respond. Regards, *Name* This bidder isn't the highest bidder and there are only 4hrs left on the auction. Of course I wouldn't hold this bidder to it if he did somehow become the highest bidder. But is it really necessary for me to retract the bid this late in the auction - especially when the bidder has already been outbid? I've lost money on so many ponies like this. I really wish people would make up their minds before bidding ![Huh?](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/huh1.gif) a bid is supposed to be a contract.

Hey everyone ![Smile :)](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/smile_001.gif) Just wanted to share a custom who I actually completed a few months back. I did her at the same time I did my recent commission, which was my first real pony with sculpting work ( http://mlparena.com/index.php/topic,360288.0.html ) Unfortunately her pictures are quite dull due to the dark, miserable day we were having when I took them ![Indescribable -_-](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/Oi.gif) But here she is, anyway. Her dress was made from glittery blue fimo ![Smile :)](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/smile_001.gif) She is for sale on ebay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/201185731815?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1558.l2649visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a commissioned pony I made recently with you all. This is my first time (successfully) sculpting on a pony (unless you want to count one of my very early customs who has a sort of 3D symbol... It... Wasn't great ![Blush ](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/redface_001.gif) ) After my last attempt many years ago, I was kind of putting off trying it again. Now I've gone mad with it. I have started so many sculpted ponies since (over a dozen) - I can't stop! Anyway, due to some difficult circumstances in life she took me a while to complete. I felt really bad about it, especially as the person who comissioned me was so patient with me, so I decided to make a little blind bag to go with her ![Smile :)](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/smile_001.gif) Sorry the pictures aren't great, but they're all I have of her now as I sent her a while ago. Her neckline looks really bad in the pictures, but it wasn't that bad in real life. They also make her look a little brush strokey in places - which she wan't ![Huh?](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/huh1.gif) Her hoodie was actually shaded, but it doesn't show in the pictures ![Indescribable -_-](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/Oi.gif) Please let me know what you all think. I know the sculpting isn't great, but I enjoyed it ![Tongue :P](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/tongue1.gif) Also, I was wondering out of curiosity what other customizers would have made her for? (or would have paid for her if that's easier). I think I may have undercharged for her considering the time she took, but then again my customs are no where near as good as everyone else on here ![Blush ](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/redface_001.gif) So maybe not ![LOL ](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/laugh1.gif) visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginLast picture is of them both compared to the concept art I was sent. By the way, the brown stripes being on the opposite side to the picture isn't a mistake on my part - I was asked to put the on the other side
