So I got the G1 ponies today, they all need a bath (I might need suggestions on cleaning them well) all of them have near mint symbols except for moondancer

I know it's an American Girl, but I don't know much else. She also needs a bath, but I don't know how to do that. Can I just take a baby wipe to her skin and if she finds a home the new owner can wash her hair? She is in wonderful condition, her lashes look untouched by anyone and no marks or scratches on her body. Her hair was in a braid, but I took it down. I most likely will not make it to the Michigan meet as I am going to be working. But I was wondering if any pony wants to have lunch up in Troy with me. I will be in Laconia New Hampshire this coming week (Sept 2-6) and then in San Diego, Ca til the 17th. If anyone wants to do a trade or is selling in that area. Or even wants to tell me a good thrift store or vintage toy store in those areas. I am all ears!

I had a heck of a time removing heads off of some G1s and I had to reglue them on because of the inner ring becoming detached. I was wondering if it changes the value of a pony. The ponies in question are close to mint/perfect except for having to have the head glued on.
I'd greatly appreciate any help. I was thinking about trading some of the ponies that don't have sentimental value for ones that would.

I was browsing the store and saw G1s in a bag on the wall. I bought GLory and apink SHS. But I walked away just spending 5 bucks. They both need a good cleaning, anyone know of a good way to clean them.
I'm hoping my pony luck keeps going well, as well asall of yours.

My daughter was given 4 talking plush baby ponies from G3- and they are quite dirty. There is even one that looks like it soiled it's diaper O_O I want to wash them in some really good laundry soap and kill whatever is ailing them. She loves them and wants to keep them and I never have thrown out a pony, and I don't plan on starting.
Can anyone suggest how to really deep clean them? Can they be put in the washer if I take their talk boxes out?

Usually you find collectors selling off on CL, or you find crazy people selling ponies for crazy prices. But I lucked out. For 15 dollars I got ALL of this! The woman was extremely nice. The clothing and accessories (some aren't pictured as they are hanging in the laundry room to dry) will be up for trade or sale. The Baby Shady, despite her being creepy BBE- her eyes are the bluest I have ever seen of a BBE. Clear as day too with no rust. I was in California for work and I went to a Goodwill that was across from the hotel. I wandered through this store for a while, it was like a dollar general mixed with a thrift store- quite bizarre to me as I'd never seen one like that. Anyway I was about to give up digging through the shelves of toys that seemed to be just abused barbies and baby toys. But I saw some yellow hair sticking out from behind a scary baby doll. I got excited! I found a really dirty Dancing Butterflies, the poor girl was completely tangled and looked like she had a day at the mud spa. I carried her in my hand to make sure some little kid didn't snatch her and I paid 99 cents.
I took her to the hotel and scrubbed her as best as I could and her head popped off easily and I hung her on some clippy hanger so she would dry out. She still needs a good deep cleaning, but I didn't have a brush.
I am going to Vegas next week, hoping to hit some thrifts there when I am not working. Anyone live in Vegas and have some trades/sales?

My job is taking me to Reading on Wens and I was wondering if anyone lived there and wanted to go to lunch or dinner sometime while I am there for the week. I won't be bringing any trades, but I will have some money. Maybe someone could show me where the places to go shopping are. Thanks Aine After Reading I am going to Yura, Ca if anyone lives there. I figure maybe during all these work trips I could meet a fellow pony person along the way and make a new friend.

I am planning to start drinking protein powders in shakes and sprinkling it in my yogurts and such for supplement. But I have no idea whats a good one to use. I need it to be high in protein but low in sugar and other "bad" filler stuff. I don't mind flavored ones if they taste good. I just don't have the money to be experimenting with buying ones that I might not like and wasted money.
Any information is greatly appreciated! I tried googling for information, but it's quite overwhelming information. I'd rather ask yall and get the real information.

I had to go to a doctor today to get a evaluation for a surgery. I was really nervous and I went to sit down in the chair and spotted a smiling face looking at me from the fountain on the table. It was a blind bag pony, not sure who she was but I felt comforted by her. I noticed there was a basket with toys in it, so I started digging around in it. It was a shallow wicker basket but I found 53 blind bag ponies in the basket all together. My husband counted the ponies while I was getting my eval, he also lined them all up for me according to who they were. He said there was no Rarity at all in the collection. I took pictures though, I wish I had been allowed to take them home though, but I had to leave them all there. Abraham Lincoln...
For some reason long ago my uncle found this print or whatever it is and framed it and hung it in my grandma's bedroom. I am not sure if she liked Lincoln or it was something quirky my uncle did for fun. I now have this picture. It's a very nice picture, but what do I do with it? It's not really my thing, it's been sitting in my closet for 4 years now.
I don't want to just donate it and have some family member see it in the thrift and flip out.
