Update : 11/8 I got my camera back so I got a photo of him outside today  I noticed his Gem holder is silver too instead of gold. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginSoooo I took a chance and bought this Mexico Prince pony that looked blue in his photos. I didn't know if the lightning was making him appear that way or what so I messaged the seller and asked what color he was and they said he was blue so I bought him. He arrived today and I was so nervous about opening him but he is indeed blue! It is the coolest thing  I don't know if he faded or if some blue pigment paint snuck in there or what but he is sure awesome  Lots of pics! I just got this cutie today and cleaned her all up, her marks came off with a wet Q-tip! Didn't even have to break out the heavy cleaner  I have a couple questions about her~ I was thinking she looks a little discolored. Has anyone tried sun-fading on a Greek pony? And what color is she supposed to be? She is kinda a grey/off white atm. Also what price does she normally sell for? Thanks  visitors can't see pics , please register or login

I bought a pony from this seller tuhobbytoys way back in June 19th 2012. Lourdes Vilca *edited for privacy*, she never sent me my pony and never sent me my money back. I keep contacting her and she has been telling me for over a year that she has shipped the pony but it keeps coming back to her. Then she tells me that she will give me my money back but she hasn't  I even sent her MORE money for shipping a second time, but when the pony didn't arrive "yet again" I filed a claim to get my shipping money back. She would have took that too!  I told her that if she was not going to ship my pony then please give me back my money and she is now ignoring my emails. I have been so patient with her! I have given her plenty of time to send my pony, I am giving up so I just want other buyers to be aware that if you buy a pony from her, if you don't receive it before the time is up to file a claim, make sure you file that claim. I believed that she sent it and so I didn't file in time, I thought that she was honest with me, but now I am out pony and my money She sells things on ebay, and has some stuff she is selling now so she is quite active. Okies I have a dilema! I bought this MOC Argentina Paradise for $650.00. At first the guy wanted $1,000 for it, and I told him that is just way too much. She is extremely rare to get MOC, so when he offered her to me for $650, I made payments, but when I got the card he failed to tell me that there was a big open crack in the top of it He wants to refund me only $100.00 I am asking him to refund me $225.00 since he didn't tell me about the condition of the card accurately What do you Nirvana experts think? I am thinking she isn't worth the $650 with a crack in her, but he seems to think she is still worth it I was thinking $425.00 is plenty fair in that condition. So... I thought all my sales were done or close to it. Here is a warning for sellers shipping out of the Country. It doesn't matter to paypal if you have PROOF of shipping and even a nice slip with a postal stamp on it to back it up as well. If you use ANY shipping method at all. And the buyer claims to not have gotten the item, paypal will refund them the money. I know that shipping from the U.S. that the Post workers don't always like to scan where the item is and if it arrived. If it does not show that it has not arrived even if you have 100% solid proof that you shipped it! They will refund the buyer no matter the amount!!! I just got totally hosed by a $200+ pony that the buyer said she never recieved. I said that the fair thing to do would be to split the amount since I sent her proof it was shipped. She filed a paypal claim and I called paypal and found out it doesn't matter what service is used and it doesn't matter if you have proof you sent it, that if it doesn't show that the item was recieved by the buyer that they will refund the buyer! I was like  soooo I told the paypal rep thanks for the info and will no longer ship to anyone out of the country that I have not dealt with before. I wanted to warn other buyers ASAP that the paypal rep just told me, that it does not matter "what" tracking you have. If the Post forgets to scan it on their end, they will refund  That is so not fair, but alas I guess you have to get a plane and fly the pony to it's destination, anyhow I am so upset at the moment, I have to just laugh about it in order not to cry
