Can anyone help with PC’s on the following :
Bunkie (mint)
Speckles (one eye scratch- near mint)
Yellow snail rocker (perfect)
Bluegreen snail rocker (perfect)

I also have German baby Glory and baby Moondancer (without glittery symbols). Last time I checked (a couple of years ago) I think they were around 20$. Is this still the case? They are both in nice played with condition, but Glory unfortunately has some pen marks on her NON-display side (at the side of her hooves).

What is the story about Fable Ponies? I’ve been trying to do some research on this set, but the research is a little bit contradicting. Especially regarding which ponies actually belonged to this set. I realize that there might be a very good reason why I can’t find any clear answer to this (that we do not know for sure), but I am still curious! Maybe someone here at the Arena sits on some quirky detail that might solve the mystery. Or maybe it isn’t such a mystery after all and my researching skills are just extremely flawed

I think I know this at least (with emphasis on think- please correct any mistakes if you see them ):

Fable Ponies were released in Sweden, Norway, Denmark(?), Finland (?) and other European countries(would love more info on which countries!). They were also released in Australia and South Africa. The set has the following ponies:

Moondancer (yellow)
Gusty (glittery symbol, green eyes)
Firefly (curly hair)
Skyflier
Powder (a lighter shade of purple)
Surprise
Heartthrob
Sparkler

I also read that some countries (such as Sweden) did not have a release of Glory and Medley with this set. Is that true for all countries the Fable Pony set were released? And what about Moondancer- was she always yellow in this set? No hint of any white Moondancers?

Which leads to a bigger question: Do we know if the Fable Pony set was the same in all countries it was released?

I am the first to admit, I don’t know that much about G3s. I don’t collect them, but I do have a couple of them. Most are still sitting in a plastic bin to be honest. I did use to pick them up at thrift stores and fleamarkets, but since it is so difficult to sell and/trade them these days I stopped doing that- I don’t have room for them I still *might* pick up one if I like it enough to keep it for myself- after all, they are ponies. They are adorable

Looking through the brag forum got me thinking though. There are a lot of you collecting G3, and I am sure there are ponies that are more sought after than others. I am a big “bring the ponies back to collectors” - kind of girl, so I thought I should ask you all:

Which G3 ponies are most sought after?

Anyone have any of these beauties? I remember having at least two of them as a kid (heliotrope and the blue one). Both dolls got lost over the years- I never liked them that much as I thought they all looked more or less the same I still have the badger though, I loved stuffed animals- and of course, I freed him from the saddle- so I don’t have that unfortunately. I do have some of the fairy clothes though.

I try to look them up, and I did see a bunch of them for sale. Many of them MOC, so a little too expensive.

I’ve been searching the forum for what seems like forever, but I’m obviously doing something wrong because I can’t seem to find the answer I’m looking for. Can anyone please help me out with the difference between Baby Firefly with forelock and Baby Firefly without forelock. I have them both, but can’t for the life of me remember what it was with the one without forelock.

I remember reading something about it years ago, but can’t seem to find back to that information....

Edit: So, I’ve been searching a little, and I’ve found enough pictures of baby Firefly without forelock to think that she isn’t that uncommon. However, after studying them closely I’m also convinced that they are two different releases. The one without forelock also has a fraction bigger symbol(both longer and wider), and her pink is a little more muted somehow. It isn’t quite the same color (although it is not very noticeable).

The baby with forelock is identical to the one I had as a kid, which came in a box (I think! I have no real memories of getting her, but I did have some of the accessories that came with baby Firefly). Since baby Firefly also was sold on card in Norway, I am inclined to think that the one without forelock actually is the card version (Both these girls were found at flea markets in Norway).

But all this is just speculation from my side- I would appreciate ANY additional information or someone else’s speculations to be added to my own

Hi all!

I have a question regarding releases of these two baby sets;
Play and Care (baby Gusty, baby Ribbon etc)
German Baby ponies (Baby CJ, Baby Buttons etc)

Does anyone know if both these sets were released in Scandinavia?

I know for certain that some of the Play and Care babies were sold in Norway as baby Gusty was my sisters childhood pony. I also remember one of her friends having baby Heartthrob. But does anyone know if the whole set was sold?

Also, I found baby Buttons at a fleamarket in Norway. Which surprised me a little because I have no recollection of this set being sold in Scandinavia from when I was a kid. That doesn’t necessarily mean anything, but it would be fun to know

And if you do not know if they were sold in Scandinavia, perhaps you know about other countries these two sets were sold?

Posey - 10$
This is 2nd release Posey with magenta tulips. She has still some pink in her hair (more pink in the tail than the Mane). She is found in a fleamarket in Norway so she is most likely from the infamous set with Scandinavian Truly and Cupcake (she was found together with NSS Truly). She does have some dirt marks. I don’t know if they will come off, but she is only gently washed with soap and water by me. So they might Other than that she is a beautiful pony.

Heartthrob - 10$ 8$
She is beautiful. No major marks on her that I can see, but she has some faint dirt marks. Symbol is still nice. She does have some minor dryness to the ends of her tail and mane which is common for curly-haired ponies I think. She also has some minor sci-fi g to her eyes (see pictures).

Little Flitter - 12$ 10$
Beautiful pony! She does have some faint dirt marks, that might come right off with a proper wash. Her most prominent flaw is her frizzy hair. She has frizzy ends of her tail and mane. She would do good with someone who likes to de-frizz pony hair Her hair is also faded white. Her wings are nice!

Baby Katie - 25$
She is near mint! Her only flaw as I can tell is that she has an eye-rub to one of her eyes. You can see that in the pictures.

Play and Care Baby Heartthrob- 45$ SOLD
This is a very nice pony. I can’t find any major flaw on her. Eyes are nice, symbols too (the symbol is with wings).No marks. I also suspects she actually also still has her factory curls. They look and feel very similar to other ponies with their factory curls intact.

Steamer/Tracks -13$10$
He has mismatched colors of body and head. His tail is also faded white, but not his mane. Other than that he has no flaws I can see.
