Hi ponies, I have had a few people ask me about making replacement Prom Sweet Heart Sister skirts/tutus  I need a little help please  I need the measurement of the outer circumference of the tutu/skirt and the measurement of the "length"/"depth" of the tutu/skirt. Hi ponies, I was given all these beautiful customs  Can anyone help me identify the creators of these customs? All are unmarked under their hooves, except for the yellow rainbow custom, who is marked with a small black letter K. I think they were made between 2014-2018.
