Recently I took a chance on an auction on eBay. It only had one picture and normally I'm wary of those, but it was a $5 lot with Wigwam and G2 Sundance, both ponies that I've wanted for a loooong time (Wigwam was one of my fave Big Brothers when I was little) so I thought eh, what the heck. Even if he's got marker all over his other side or something he's worth the $5.

Well the lot arrived today and I am beside myself because he is perfect. I'm not joking, see for yourself:

Silky-smooth hair free of rust, no marker stains, age marks or any stains period as near as I can tell, no chew marks or scratches or anything. Just...pristine ;A; I am going to die, a $5 Wigwam in this condition I just...I'm beside myself.

In addition to Wigwam, the lot included Sundance! Sundance was my second favorite G2 pony after Ivy. In ye olde PC game she had a memory minigame where you'd help her do neat dance moves and I just adored her. So I'm super happy to have her in my herd for the first time! She's missing her eye crystals and has some trouble standing but is otherwise quite lovely.

The night twins! Or...more accurately, at least for this picture, Moonlight! My sister and I bought them together so she could have Moonglow and I could have Moonlight, since we're attending the convention together as well we thought it'd be cute for us to share the set. So currently Moonglow is somewhere in her room, but I'll talk to her about taking some cute pics of them together soon!

But Moonlight is just so precious, I love her little blush and her color combo!

Two very sad-looking Strawberry Swirls. One of them came with her charm. They both have bad rotting hair and marker stains. First up, the most exciting find - a G1 thermos! I've been looking for one of these in the wild for two years, and I found this one at a thrift store I've never gone to for only $2. It required a lot of scrubbing to be ready for display, but here it is, finally <3 I am so stoked to have one of these in my collection. Now if only I could find a lunchbox in the wild as well...

A few weeks ago (with some assistance from some lovely pony people on Discord who spotted him for me), I was able to win the last Mexican Prince pony I needed to complete my set, Principito Rubi/Prince Ruby <3 I had to get up at five in the morning to bid on him, but I was lucky enough to get the winning bid for only $15 + shipping! He arrived safely this morning from Mexico, packaged extremely well, and he is absolutely gorgeous. I could not be happier with him. He marks my first complete G1 set!

This boy arrived today! Principito Esmeralda, aka Prince Emerald <3 The wonderful seller that I got Prince Sapphire from also had an Emerald. Initially I had decided not to buy him and just get Sapphire, but I eventually caved and decided to get Emerald as well!

I now own two out of three of the Mexican Princes, and I only need Ruby to have a complete set <3 Here's hoping I can find him soon!

A bunch of plushies, two DVDs and one Fashion Style Pinkie <3 The three Twilight plushies were found at a local thrift store, the Twilight purse, DVDs, Pinkie FS and Pinkie newborn plush were found at Goodwill, and the RBD plush was found at the local antique mall! Interesting fact; that bigger Twilight Plush is handmade! I thought she was rather odd looking when I couldn't find a tag or evidence of one (at first I thought she was a clever fakie plush), but then I realized all her seams were hand-stitched. It's especially noticeable on her legs and wings. Very neat find for $3!

All the blind bags I've bought over the last few months <3 The Sweetie Belle Fashem is the only second-hand find (she was found at our local antique mall). The rest were purchased from the Dollar General just down the road! They still have quite a few of the Wave 22 Blind Bags left, so I've been dropping in every so often and picking a couple up. So far I haven't gotten any doubles, which has been nice! The Butterscotch Retro Fashem was also found at another local Dollar General.

And last but not least, today I got a rather unexpected surprise upon visiting Hobby Lobby; three packs of G3.5 stickers, just sitting right there on the sticker rack in plain sight! I'm guessing they never sold and nobody bothered to take them off the shelf, so they've been there a good 9 years at this point >u<

As for upcoming pony news, I have a G1 Cuddles on the way here! I got her cheap off eBay after I watched the poor gal sit there forever. I couldn't resist giving her a home <3 I also have some exciting news! The owner of my local antique mall readily agreed to give me first notice whenever anyone brings ponies in, and she has a lady who says she has a bunch of ponies (including G1s!) at her home. The lady said she'd be happy to dig them out and bring them in so I can buy them from her. Hopefully I'll be getting a call about that soon!

Tomorrow I plan to go to some garage sales for pony-hunting, so wish me luck!

First up, a G1 puzzle, my first G1 find this month! This was found for $10 at a little flea market in a neighboring town. I've never really found anything there, so imagine my surprise when I saw that lovely rainbow peeking out from behind a Sesame Street puzzle box! $10 is more than I would usually pay for a puzzle, but I couldn't pass it up. The puzzle itself is in pristine condition and the only wear and tear is on the outer edges of the box.

And last but not least...Cuddles! I bought her off eBay for $6 and free shipping. I'm pretty sure she was priced low because of all the marks she had on her NDS. Luckily I was correct in thinking they were all surface marks, and they came right out! She's a bit tipsy but otherwise lovely with only one little pink mark on her shoulder that wouldn't come out. I tried to preserve her factory curls, but her hair was just too gross not to wash so unfortunately they were partially messed up.

When I first began collecting and learned about the Big Brother ponies at the ripe ol' age of eight, I set my collection goal - to collect all the male ponies Hasbro made. I finally decided to get around to making a complete list of them, and thought I'd share!

A few notes:
