I found this Skyflyer at Goodwill for $1.79.  At first I was confused because I didn't know there were Dream Beauties with wings and it doesn't say Hasbro on it.  I felt sure it was legit, but even if it turned out to be fake it was too pretty to pass up.  I was very excited when I confirmed it was a real Dream Beauty!  This is the first Dream Beauty I have ever seen in person.  Are they uncommon?

About a month ago our local humane society gave my mom a kitten to foster.  They told us that it was a boy and we could name him.  He needed eye ointment everyday and needed to gain weight.

I named him Maximilian, because the name sounds cool.  I got to know him, he is shy but very cuddly.  He squeaks a lot instead of meowing.  I've never seen him jump up on anything, he only climbs.  He never got up on my shelves and is respectful of my stuff.

I'd been wanting a new cat since my old cat Cindy passed in December, but I decided to return him when it came time.  Two and a half days passed in which he was up for adoption.  I went to an event at the shelter and decided to pay him a visit.  But there was no Maximilian there!  Instead I found a kitten named Maxine that looked exactly like him.  Turns out little Maxi was a girl!  Apparently whoever surrendered her mistook her for a boy and no one at the shelter checked before giving her to us.

Anyway, I went to see her and she quickly got on my lap and started purring away and snuggling me.  I was like, "How could I have let you go?  "  So I immediately applied for adoption and brought her home the next day.

I'm very happy with my decision!

I have a finished custom g4 brushable, she just needs her head put back on.  None of the tutorials I've read show how to put it back together.  She's in three pieces: the body, the head and the peg thing.  Do I glue the peg thing back into the body then wait for it to dry and pop the head on?  If so what glue should I use?

I wanted to share some of my recent firsts.

I also got my fist So Soft pony.  I must say I'm very impressed.  I thought they would feel rough or icky but they really are so soft!

Some of the ponies I buy second hand have the frizziest hair.  How/why do they end up like that?

Rules/guidelines
•   It must be a unicorn.
•   I can do 1-6 different colors in the hair.
•   I can do gradients.
•   I can make crystal ponies similar to, but not exactly like, the ones on the FiM show.
•   You must provide a reference image for your pony (if it is a Hasbro pony and has detailed photos on mylittlewiki then you can forgo this step and instead link to the page and specify which, if applicable, of the variations you want)
•   Please provide a clear reference to the cutie mark if an OC or if the mylittlewiki page does not have one.
•   If you want a hairstyle other than the default please give a reference for it.
•   I reserve the right to turn down anything that is too hard.  If I turn you down I will let you know and you can try another request.
•   Requests will try to be filled in order received, but if something is easier I may do it sooner.
•   Hasbro ponies can be used by anyone, that includes the two pics of Twilight above.
•   Please save the images you want, because they will eventually be deleted from my photobucket.

You can't see it very well from this photo but she had tail rust.  It was time for my first ever restoration.

I somehow managed to get the tail out with the tools you see and washed and reset the tail.  She's now the pretty pony in the first photo.
