So I've been thinking about buying an aquarium for a while, but I don't really know anyone who has had one and can share their experiences.  I had a small tank when I was a little kid with a single gold fish, but I really don't remember much about the upkeep or cleaning (Thanks, mom!).  I don't even know how long it lasted!

I'd really like a tabletop tank that's small-medium size, with just a few fish.  I think it would be nice to watch and I think my cat would get some entertainment value out of it as well.  That being said, I really don't want to change out water every few days or buy a new fish every few weeks because they have short life spans.  I know very little about pet fish.

So aquarium owners, what's the upkeep like?  Are you still happy with it, or is it more work than you expected?

I do a little bit of everything.  I sew, make jewelry, paint, customize ponies, and generally make a mess of my desk space.  Recently, my husband and I have started talking about building a custom work desk for me, as I spend so much of my free time working on my craft hobbies.   

Pinterest is so full of inspiration, but I would love to see where you guys work and how you organize your pony custom/craft tools and bobbles.  What do you like having (or wish you had more of)?

I wish I had more:

• Light! Light that I can adjust and swing and manhandle like crazy!
• Storage Space/drawers
• Attractive colors
• Wall outlets (woefully short on those and I use so many things that draw too much power for a power strip)
• Pegboard!! I never knew how much I would like it!

I'm certain I'm a bit late to this train, but I just learned how bad the option on PayPal to send money to friends/family option is!  The short version:  Paypal won't reimburse you if someone runs off with your money if you choose the "Gift" payment option!

I'm a fairly trusting person, and it boggles my mind that someone would come to a My Little Pony forum to scam people.  It really didn't cross my mind to be suspicious of someone claiming to sell pony items.  The person had no feedback (but hey, we all start somewhere, right?), but posted regularly like they were a pony fan as well.    Like a dummy, I wanted to avoid the extra fees for paying for goods and services and didn't want the seller to be docked the fees.  Imagine my surprise when the seller's account is locked and they won't return messages or emails.     I was a fool and this was truly a valuable lesson!

This was my very first bad experience on the Arena.  I've learned a hard lesson and I hope that someone else takes my word for it - if you're paying for items or services, pay that way!  It's the only way to protect yourself if things turn sour!

Looking for baity or TLC needed Star Hoppers.  Rubbed symbols and eyes are OK, but rather not have a chew toy or missing limbs.   

Please let me know, willing to buy/trade!

Also interested in other other sparkle ponies and babies! 

Just curious if anyone makes their own rehairing needles and has a good method that works for them.  I'm going to try my hand at it tonight and see how it goes.  *straps on the safety goggles*

It seems like I break and bend mine an awful lot.
