The question seems unusual as one usually tries to avoid removing the metallic paint...

But I have a Serena which I'm restoring and she has very little of the metallic paint left on her symbols. I think she would look nicer with no metallic paint at all vs only very little metallic paint.

I've tried boiling the pony - no luck
and a magic eraser - no luck

Nail polish remover would definitely work but does that leave the 3D symbol matte? I once cleaned a stain from a Show Stable (hard plastic like princess 3D symbols) with nail polish remover and it left a matte finish on the plastic surface, not nice at all.   

Today I was lucky to find three sad G1s, G1 accessories and one of these pedigree sindy horses from a fleamarket. Along with a bag of horsey accessories. Some are surely for pedigree sindy horses but some I'm not very sure of...

Does anyone know a good ID site for the horses and their accessories?

I've read that there are some other horses in these same mould as sindy horses. What were these and is there an ID site for them? I really like the look of the sindy horses so I might like others in the same mould even if they weren't "real".

And please share pictures if you have a collection of these. I own three horses now (and the bag of accessories).

Hope I created this poll correctly

I was inspired to ask this question after watching some epsodes of MLP Tales today.

My favorite as a character is Bright Eyes. She is a bit know-it-all but shares my interest in environment and biology, is sensible and still looks the most beautiful in my opinion. I love that how every MLP Tales character even has their own hair style.

(But as an actual pony figure my favorite is Sweetheart because she was a present from my mother for my first school day. And because Bright Eyes is in Tootsie pose which is one of my least favourite of G1 poses.)

I recently won a Daisy Sweet which I'm planning to rehair.

Now I'm wondering which dollyhair matches her yellow hair (forelock)? Is it "golden delicious", the same colour for example Applejack has? Or some other shade?
