Bought a movie on dvd from shopgoodwill.com Well it came today and its a bootleg. No doubt. I own the movie already and was getting a copy for my friend. Am i allowed to say something to them? Its pretty upsetting. I can't give this to someone.

since i've gotten in obitsu's resin cousins i find serveral of my parabox and obitsu projects have fallen to the way side.
so i will be selling off a ton of stuff.
what i'm curious of, is do people want faceups done on the dolls? or would they prefer them blank?

every year i donate about 500$ worth of manga to a local school. most of which i get in trade at conventions. and many people give me extra in the trade because it goes to a school.
well i talked to the librarian at one of the schools and asked what kind of things she was looking for. she had no idea, so she asked the kids what they would like to see.
so i got a list today. i'm still working on sorting out what would be appropriate for a school (some have too much fanservice etc)
so now i'm on the hunt. mostly i trade with other collectors, pick up stuff and garage sales or look at thrift shops, but i thought i would ask here too. the manga don't need to be in great condition as the kids will destroy them with time.
i am trying to get good deals, so if you are hoping to make money or gain back part of your cost. this isn't the best place to try to sell to. the school is call north lakes academy, and is a small charter school with only about 600 books in their library (most of which i've donated too- books i like to buy read and donate)
if you're in the mn area? even better. i prefer a pick up or meet to having them shipped.

I just bought a flower girl dress for my niece off ebay. It was listed at 15$ with a description of "wore once" I made an offer cuz the option was available,. We came to a compromise etc. Well i got the dress and there is a huge trar in the crinoline. No way i know of to fix that. I sew so other things i could fix etc. I messaged them.and realistic for the price of the dress its still a good deal. I just feel ilke a tear over a foot long should at least be mentioned when selling something. I was polite, but its still upsetting. I didn't demand refund. Just stated that it wasn't mentioned and i have no way of fixing it....

I had someone buy it now an item last week, and they still haven't paid for it. (didn't realized i didnt' have the "pay immediately" option on. oh well) i've messaged them a few times, with a gentle. Hi once you pay for the item i will ship it out right away. but still no response.
how long do you usually wait before either canceling it or reporting them?

i like the idea of being able to make a best offer on ebay, and making that available for people on my listings as well, but it's frustrating, when people offer less than half the current going price. then get upset with you when you counter offer..... especially if its day 1 of 30. yes i want to sell it, and i want to make sure both of us are happy with the price, why i have the "best offer" option on my listings, but why is low-balling so common and why do people get upset with a counter?

So this is my first year going and i'm really excited. i've got my 2 costumes i'm wearing for sure. joy from inside out and a padawan from star wars.
i have a few people i'd love to get autographs from, but i can't afford to get them all, plus i don't know if i'll even have a chance to get them all. David Gluntoli- Nick from Grimm David Ramsey- Diddle from Arrow James Marsters- reader for all the Dresdin Files audiobooks (he was also in Buffy and Angel as Spike, but my love for him comes from the audiobooks.) Sean Schemmel- voice of Goku in DBZ
so anyone else going? or going to the one near them? who are you excited to see? are you wearing a costume? who?
if you're going to mn one, wanna meet up?
