So I sold 3 ponies in the last 10hrs to 2 different buyers with very similar user ids that aren't really normal or typical for something a person would thoughtfully choose, its like they just made a fake account in a hurry. They did pay for the items and one used id is shipping to WA and the other to ID....I am just wary of false claims, charge backs and possibly even just to leave me a negative feedback??? Is anyone else experiencing this? or is it just me? Here are the user ids: Both have (0) feedback, I don't want to ship them and deal with all the possible repercussions, I am thinking I just need to refund them immediately? What do you guys think?

Hi  everyone, so I sold a doll to a buyer in Australia and I am in the US, I ship over seas all the time with no issues usually but this time it looks like the package had been stuck in customs since May 21st. The buyer has been driving me nuts and threatening me telling me to fix it for about a week now but what the heck can I do??? I have no control over the mail or customs and I even put a disclaimer in my listing so idk what else to do?? He also filed a case on me today

~Preferably as Minty as possible, I only collect Mint and Near mint ponies...however I do realize that these ponies are very old and are not all going to be perfect. Age spots and mold-huge no no no, pink highlighter, regrind, large ink/permanent marks that are obvious and really bad hair cuts/faded hair drive me nuts LOL! I would also prefer them to have clear sharp symbols and eyes, However I am very flexible with condition for nirvana ponies because they tend to not me mint anyway. I actually love re-hairs, I especially like alternate colored re-hairs in light pastel and gradient colors, I like customs as well, especially brother  (baby or adult) mountain boy ponies or sea themed
