I didn't decide on a name for her, so whatever Ponylady decides on for her, that will be her name!  But, for now, here is the whole shebang on the pretty pony! 

Ponylady had mentioned in her list of likes that she loves to garden, and that she liked yellow, blue, green, pink, etc, so I decided to go with those ideas!  I had been perusing pictures of pretty flowers for a while for inspiration for jewelry, and I had one that I just LOVED.  It was labeled as a poppy, but I can't find it again now, and I hate that, cause I REALLY want to know what flower it is for sure!

So, from there, I puttered about with some ideas.  I was going to go with a BRIGHT pink pony and blue gradient accents, but as you will see, the idea completely changed.  I ended up going with a yellow body, blue, and green gradients.  The dots are pearly, and there are pearl highlights in her flower as well.  She is haired in 2 mixes that I had a terrible time deciding between, of Golden Delicious, Virgin Snow, Pussycat and Old Bubblegum, and the second mix of Bobby Blue, Mermaid, Sour Apple Martini, and Sour Grapes, all from DH.  She sports genuine Swarovski crystals, sealed in Testors Dullcoat, eyes sealed in Mod Podge gloss.

So, I was working up a list of all my BBs, and I was wondering, do the glittery BBs look different over differnt waves, like AJ and Fluttershy?  I know one AJ looks more orange than another one does, but maybe it's just hte picture?  Also, is there a complete list of all the prototypes/mess up BBs that have been done?  i would love to see pictures of them all! 

So, I am wanting to start making wings for myself, after seeing such gorgeous wings, but I am a bit stumped on what all to use.  Here are a few questions I had about that topic:

1.  I have read of people using the "mylar" you can wrap with to go between the sheets of transparency film...is it ok to use tissue paper that is along those same lines?  I suppose trial and error wouldn't hurt, right? 

2.  I've seen where you use spray adhesive to glue them together...what brand do y'all recommend?  I grabbed Elmer's craft bond because it was all the had at Walmart, and Michael's was closed...will that do or do I need something else?



Now, for corset help.  I am wanting to do a corset pony, and I am on a bit of a time crunch. 

1.  I don't have a pasta roller, how should I go about doing this?  Would it be ok to just use xacto knives and a rolling pin for the clay alone? 

2.  Best steps to begin and end with? 

3.  Anything else special I should know about doing a corset pony?

Ok, I can not buy right now, but I am looking to trade custom jewelry, ponies, and rehairs for baits that I need.  I am primarily after Shining Armor baits, but I would take and g1 boys, almost any g1 babies, all DG fakie babies, other g4 ponies, etc.  Please PM me with what you have, and feel free to look through my Etsy store to see what I have available, as well as browse my Flickr for more ideas on things I have done and can do again.  I am willing to make new customs if you see something you like, but you want in different colors, etc.  Please be aware I would like to trade for value in baits as well, so for a rehair, 1-2 baits, customs, 1-however many, depending on the type of custom, etc.  Let me know what you have! 

So, I am not opposed to painting, first off, but I would rather try and save the body color on these first.  If there are no suitable solutions, then no worries!  I'll happily take suggestions on any generation, from 1-4, so feel free to shoot them all at me!

So, I know that Archidraca already posted a thread about Fabio in the customs forum, but I want to brag on him in here, as he is just that handsome and special to me anyway! 

She paid so close attention to detail, and it really shows in her work!  I love every single thing about him, from the colors, to the design, to the detail on his feathers, all the way to the back of his tail!  Everything about him is perfect.  =]  I couldn't possibly be happier with him! 

I also received a gorgeous card that was hand drawn by Archi, and I think i am going to frame it, it's that cool! 

Fabio is the pride of my herd, and sits in his own little shelf, right by my blind bags, for two reasons: 1, to keep an eye on their shenanigans, and 2, so I don't end up with a million little peacock/pony hybrids over the summer, LOL! 

Thank you again, so much Archi!  Fabio is so awesome!  I just love him to bits!

I want to start this, as I love seeing Pullips, and I want to see more of y'alls!  Plus, I need to take more pics of mine..I'm a bad photograph-taking mommy.  >.> So, bring on the Pullip spam!!



So, I need to take more pictures of my Pullips, big time.  I am hoping to get more shots in this weekend (as well as some of my MH dolls too!) but it will depend on the weather, of course.  =] 

Here are my girls, in their lovely home for now.  I am always looking for more things to add to their abodes, but I just don't know what all to do!  And yes, they all have their own personalities already, even though I haven't had them that long.  =]  Sorry for the bad photos...I was in a really big rush, and I had only set them down for the night.

Rosalie is the techie, and loves to tinker with electronics.  She is a bookworm, and a fan of all things educational, but she has a real penchant for Hello Kitty.

Harmony is the fashionista, and is a diva to the core.  She has a cool, collected demeanor, loves all things intellectual and stylish, but can't seem to hide her love for Dumbo.  =]  She may seem aloof, but she is a dear friend, and loyal to those she holds dear.

Guinevere, or Gwen for short, is the artistic one of the bunch.  She loves to read, write, draw, anything that is artistic is her penchant.  She loves random items, and her eclectic style is easily seen.  Gwen rarely wears shoes, except for when she has to leave the house and go abroad, and even then, if it is permitted, she will lose the shoes!  She refuses to dye her hair, like her companions are fond of doing, and is quiet, but fiercely loyal.
