So... I've got a Tiddly Wink Breezie recently. Her hair is absolutely PERFECT, but aside from having bright pink spots on her face, she has no antennae. I'm wondering... since the pink spots cannot be removed (I've tried), maybe I should do something unique for her antennae. I feel like I may as well, since she'll never be perfect anyway.
What do you think? Should I use Sculpey to reconstruct what her antennae should look like, or get creative and do something unusual? If the latter, do you have any interesting ideas? Possibly even a route that looks like horns rather than antennae?

Okay, so I found this gorgeous big glittery flower bagged up with the Twist and Style Petal Parlor and a Barbie-related playset (which has a weeping willow tree with a swing hanging from it), and I have no clue what it is. Though it's missing a couple petals, it looks like it'll be great for photo shoots with smaller ponies. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginAnyone know what this is? There's a lever under the petals which closes the petals up slightly, and then another lever which releases them and opens them again. Thanks for any help you can provide! I can't find any markings that identify copyright or anything on it.

Hey, all-- just thought I'd let you know that these are apparently popping up at Walgreens-- inflated prices of course. But it's good to see Walgreens getting in new pony toys in such a timely manner. I may have to check CVS tomorrow, too, to see if they have anything interesting. This one has slightly different accessories, a different dress, and no tinsel in her hair, for those who are curious how she differs from the Canterlot version.

So, I've got a few girls I'm worried about, and if I could get some input, that would be great. I did my best to get adequate pictures and I'll describe the marks in detail the best I can. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI'm not too worried about Medley here. This spot isn't very dark and is a grayish color with an irregular shape. It won't clean off, though. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThe spots on Baby Blossom are very faint, but they're a few small orangeish spots on one side of her body. The one in the center of the photo, which has a more clearly defined dark spot in the center, is the one I'm most concerned about. She was originally stored with Medley in the same box that I received her in. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginI'm really concerned about Bow Tie. She has a large splotch of discoloration on her NDS side, and in the middle are two darker circular marks, which are what actually concerns me about this, especially since I don't remember seeing them before. This really bothers me because other than this, Bow Tie is absolutely gorgeous.

This is what I get for being impulsive... I wonder if anyone has more experience here than me. I placed an order on May 30, and the order detail is still stuck at "Paid Deposit." What's more, when I click the item I ordered, it now links to the page for a different item. I have about ten days to open a dispute for the item, so I'm wondering if I should do that and try to get my item elsewhere, or what? Contact the seller? Has anybody used this before? [moving over to TS for you ~ good luck ~ hathorcat]

So, I recently got a Sugar Apple with a very, very slight scent to her incredibly frizzy hair-- long story short, after a wash with hot water and conditioner (and a good styling of course) once she was all dry I found that her scent was much stronger! I feel like I've had this happen with a couple other scented ponies, too, but this is the most noticeable instance.
Anyone had this happen? Hopefully if there's some veracity behind this, those of you with scented girls with a weak scent may want to give it a try.
On a second note, has anyone else found that Candy Cane ponies and Sunshine ponies in particular seem prone to unruly hair?

Hi, don't know if this is old news, but I thought I'd let people know that I spotted them both just today. I stopped in fairly recently and they didn't have them in stock, so it must have at least been in the past few days. I only feel slightly silly for shelling out for Euro Daisy Dreams a few months back. I love her enough that I'm okay with having both of them!

Okay, so I noticed something... while there's only so much you can do with a pony toy, pose wise, some seem to have equivalents across multiple generations. For example, the Wysteria pose looks like the Crumpet pose, to me. And Sunrise Song's pose makes me think of the Quackers pose! Any more of these you can notice? visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

Well, this is easily the biggest thrift store haul I've had the pleasure of encountering. Yesterday I was debating as to whether or not I should bother stopping by Savers after work. I was in a bad mood and I just wanted to get home. But... my pony sense was tingling! I got there and was greeted with lots and lots of girls! I went home and introduced my herd to Minty (donkey pose, darker green), Skywishes, Gem Blossom, Scootaloo, Jolly Lolly, Sunny Daze V, Amberlocks, Strawberry Surprise (she smells great), Sunrise Song, Star Flower, and Ponyville Sweetberry, Wysteria, Bunches O Fun, Sparkleworks and Blossomforth! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginWell, there were also Rarity, Love a Belle, Frilly Frocks and Ponyville Triple Treat, but those are doubles. Gotta update my shop page... And besides all of these, I left behind a "donkey" Sunny Daze and G3 Moondancer (already have them-- gotta leave some for the kids!) Definitely got a great pick me up yesterday!

Okay, so here's the thing. I found a Morning Glory flutter at a vintage collectibles shop, and she'll look nice once she's had a bath. Here's the thing: her sticker is stuck to her side!
I don't know if I should risk taking it off, and if I did, where I should put it. I'm thinking about cleaning around it, and leaving it. What do you think?

So, I got super lucky on Craigslist and purchased a Dream Castle from a couple whose kids had grown out of it (they had some G3s and McDonald's G4s in the mix too, so I suppose they were younger kids who'd had the Castle handed down at least once already). For only $30! Though actually, it ended up being $35 because I really felt it was fair to pay a bit more for the treasures in that box. The Dream Castle has most of its accessories, and all the decals on the inside look great. Actually in the picture, Majesty and Spike are mine (There was a Majesty in the box but she's in bait condition). There was also most of the Something Old, Something New and Great Skates outfits, the robe from the Sweet Dreams outfit, and an unidentified pink garment (anyone know what it is). There was also FF Snuzzle, Medley, baby Blossom with accessories and baby Firefly with accessories, some G3s (Scooter Sprite with her scooter!), a ton of McDs (a couple I don't have yet) and a few McDs G4s (have them all but I my roommate didn't have Celestia yet so I was able to pass that on to him). It's currently looking great at the bottom of my G1 shelf, with several ponies mingling around it! I love it so much! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginSyd, get away from there! :O

So, I found Hidden Treasure at Savers, and she may be one of the dirtiest ponies I've ever had the pleasure of owning. Mostly it was blue marker all over her-- even in her hair! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginI gave her a trip to the pony spa, and she looks like a different pony, apart from the slight hair trims. However, she has these odd orange marks on her nose and her NDS flank.
