Like I say in my siggy, I was a male pony fan BEFORE it was cool  and so was one of my fave characters from the original series, Danny. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginDanny is made from a Dollar store fairy figure...and he's not ashamed to admit it! I tried to find a generic/asexual face since I wanted him to look as boyish as possible, but still fit in well with his doll sisters. he is pretty pose-able, but his clothes constrict him a bit. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginand a ref pic (from mylittleponycollecting.com) visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThough I'm very happy with how he turned out, this Danny is more of a practice run, or "prototype", so I'm open to critiques since I'd like to try again, believe it or not, but for now, he definitely looks great on my Big Brother shelf!  visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

I'm sure many of us have been faced with this difficult decision...we have a rare-ish bait pony, that is simply beyond restoration without a full repaint...Case In point, I have this Starbow that I simply cannot bring myself to customize, but at the same time, is wasting space in my bait box. I'm not one to discard a pony that seems beyond repair, ESPECIALLY one thats HTF. Chewed hoofs, no prob! partially erased cuties-usually piece of cake! if they're not too complex...however this lil gal simply has one too many flaws for me to put the work in, PLUS I already restored another Starbow's body and switched heads for my collection pice (even she has a few small flaws but I love her all the more for them) but as I said, this gal just has too much going on...so... Should I completely bait and repaint her? or would someone out there be sad to see her changed into something else? visitors can't see pics , please register or loginYou'll note her 2 most major flaws: a acetoned/partially removed cutie/symbol on her display side(a mistake on my part i admit, where her hair dipped in the acetone by mistake before I knew it) and the "lipstick" and eyeshadow. She's already been given several oxy baths yet her head and body are still off by several shades... so, what should I do?!

I'm working on a custom regular size version of the light blue pegasus from Bright Sight set A, the fruit set. She has a pineapple as a symbol and I want to have it look as close to the original cutie as possible. Unfortunately I don't own her (that's part of why I'm making the custom ) soooooooo..... If you own her could you pretty please take a close up pic of her symbol for me?Also, does anyone know if she has an un/official name? Thanks in advance for any help!

a few weeks back I was on here and saw someone mention a tool they use for pulling the hair out of a pony's head, I got myself one but have since lost it. I know its a longshot but I'm hoping someone can tell what I am talking about just by description  : Its a a metal tool like tweezers -looks similar to a pair of scissors -fits easily in g4 or larger heads -locks onto what you want to "pull" -may be a medical device I even searched through my ebay auction purchases and can't find it  The original thread mention the tool as a "lifesaver" I think, but I did a search using "pull" "tool" and "lifesaver" to no avail. Thanks in advance if anyone knows what this mystery tool is called

Is there a website that has a guide to all the G1 plushes that were produced? Primarily (and preferably) I'm interested in one that shoWs all the ones with brushable/nylon hair. Not as concerned with yarn hair or others.
Couldn't find en ough info on the other sites i FREQUENT, lIKE DREAM VALLEY, ETC :-d
