I already have a custom that is themed around winter so the autumn one fits in nicely.

But I want to know two things:

1. does anyone have any ideas about what I can do to finish off the purple pony I think she is missing something but am not sure what???

2. Does anyone have any idea who made them I would like to know what there names are if any at all?

I recently broke my friends horse in for her to drive as none of the others on the yard would touch it as he was to "green" and "bolshy". But never mind it is done now and to be honest it was fun and really easy. I did not charge her a penny as she has helped me out in the past and will most likely do again. But........................

I picked her up on the way to work this morning and she had lodes of bags with her (which is normal but still more than normal)......................................... and what happened to be inside...................................

I got this girl in a mixed lot a while ago and she has been waiting to go on ebay for a while now. But all of the other ones I can find have several buttons and stars????? I am really confused, she is diffidently not a deflock as who I bought her off was diffidently not a collector.

I don't know I finally think I am getting some knowledge of the types of pony and another comes up to contradict thinks.

every time I decide to have a day off form work something happens. today it was about as bad as you can get,

one of the hunt horses just dropped dead whilst on a hack this morning. I was just getting ready to do some revision for my horse box theory test when I get a phone call from the girl who had taken him out. She was so scared up on the moor on her own. (much against the advise given at the start of her employment of not gong up there unless she was in a group of three or more) but that aside he was been his normal self then just went down.  She had rung me first and and I eventually worked out were she was and managed to get someone out to her. it was odvious that the horse was dead and she was the priority.

I live about half an hour away but the "men" from estate were brilliant and as soon as I made the call to get her  they jumped to it.  so I know that they will most likely never read this but thank you    Andrew, peter, Chris and David for looking after Teera and Monty so well.

with luck his owner was not in china or london until this afternoon so he managed to say goodbye properly and not just get a phone call from me.  I know that it is just a horse but he was really well loved and had been on the estate for 15 +years so was part of the furniture. And with in seconds of word getting to them his owner, his son, the owners brother, farther mothers o (I am sorry I cannot give name family involved) and all of the main estate staff were out of a "really improtant finacnial business meeting" to help us with him.

I am just glad that he was not out on a hunt when it happened as it was a special childrens open day yesterday and he was ment to go on that as field master but needed reshoeing so we had to use tris the masters second horse. But he was in one of his favourate places and working so I know that he would have been happy.

sorry kinda a long rant......

Please can you show me your male ponies from all generations as monty's life spanned all of them I think it would be a nice way of helping me to remember him..... oh and please can you all send as many hugs as possible to my assistant hunt groom Teera as I think she needs them right now she was so scared on the phone.   

 

Sorry one last  bit if anyone adds baby boy ponies can they dedicate them to Louise who knows who she is and comes on here from time to time  (but is not a member) who has taken everything really bad and I thank god she had refused teeras invite of going out on the ride with her.

So I have been going threw my "spares" pony box and it turns out I actually have G2's.  where they come from is a total mistery I guess they came in a big lot a while back or something but in my house who knows. My main question is can anybody tell me who they are? And a rough price range for them. I no nothing about G2. they are all in very good condition as far as I can see if that helps.

Also I found who I think is confetti. she is a little rough around the edges but eyes, hair and symbol are intact. I remember she came from a bait lot and smelt of smoke so I am guessing the stains on her body are nicotine or something. (at least the smell has gone now.) Can anybody give me a price on her I want to know if it is actually worth selling her or not.

I work on a stable yard and the kennels on the same bit of land as us had an open day it was so much fun I thought I might share some of it with you. After at least a week of rain the sun actually came out so here goes.

so the day started out in the stables (as it always does) with apple on a string and breakfast. (as demonstrated by Tris 22 and biscuit 17)

then it was time for the three big horses to go out in to the field for the day and for the two little ponies to go and show off for a change.

the first job was for biscuit fancy dress as you can see he went as racing stripes but sadly it was getting to hot so we had to remove the quarter sheet to make him more comfortable. it did cost him first place but i would rather the 2nd and him happy than win and him grouchy

then it was on to mounted games the original idea was for the other pony to be the only one used but since biscuit was dancing around his "mount" decided that  she wanted to alternate between the two of them. which was probably for the best as the other pony was only on deaths door and in the vets for nearly two weeks with colic not a month before. (he had had the all clear before going back in to full work.) so I had to go all the way back to the stables to get mounted games tack and find a breast plate to fit and then get back in time. (this job keeps me fit)

anyway.... so the little girl did the first race on barney 19

he would not stop at either end of the track for her so was quickly "fired" by her (me laughing because he was doing it on purpose you could see it in his face)

so after the kids came the adults races and I get to see two of my bosses looking very silly....

I have no idea where all of the people came from (I guess the hotel or something) but I am just glad that most of them are in the padock and not on the main part of the park but as you can see the tommy 12 (the grey) is already lapping up the love. while the barney and biscuit have a good roll ......

i think they all had a good day in all but it did show the next day as we got ready to ride Monty had to use little barney as a pillow he was that tired. you would not think that these guys can do a full day cross country looking at them. (please excuse monty's neck there is nothing wrong with him he just had a skin infection and the fur has not come back in yet)

does anybody have either a deflocked or flocked paradise I would prefere that it is in ok condition but it does not have to be mint.
