Good evening all! I actually signed up for an account a year ago, but had some sort of email glitch and have only just managed to get in!
I'm Zoe, she/her. I recently graduated college and have no clue what I want to do with my life! I currently work in a grocery store bakery and I'm thinking about maybe getting a job at a real bakery since I enjoy icing cakes. That has nothing to do with my degree at all, but y'know.
I grew up with G3, 3.5, and 4. My siblings and I shared a G3 collection, though unfortunately I don't think we have it anymore. Even though I loved G4, I never bought any toys for it (the G4 toys just aren't as sturdy!) and I fell off watching around season 4. Last summer at the flea market, I bought a lot of G1 ponies and G4 plushies, which reignited my interest in MLP! I have since done my best to restore the G1 ponies and wash the G4 plushies, and have set up a little pony display that I'm really happy with.
I'm hoping to maybe get into customization or some more detailed restoration work (some of my G1s came to me with faded cutie marks). I also have some G4 merch I'm hunting for desperately...though most of it is pretty expensive and hard to find so I don't know that I'll ever get them. I really prefer these forums to modern social media so I'm excited to browse and chat with everyone!

Welcome, Zoe! Working at a bakery and decorating cakes seems so fun. I love a good flea market find. You should show us some of your stash if you get a chance! :satisfied:
