Title: ~ Dark Hoarfrost ~

This pony has been in the making for four years. I started him inspired by the PonyIsland Advent that year. I picked a very rough bait I had dyed many years ago. Unfortunately the dye just made the scratches and marks more noticeable. My plan was to airbrush him, which is what took so long. I finished the wings a couple years ago. I lost him for a while after I moved. But finally, he is done.

He was airbrushed a dark navy with black fade on his legs and then pearl. His wings were painted black and then pearl. His hair is metallic black from Shimmerlocks and Moonlight. He has some dark blue and white crystals. The wings were made with Super Sculpey.

Those big wings are really amazing! A true masterpiece! His name is beautiful! I can imagine the pony flying over Ponyland with its big wings, spreading hoarfrost everywhere. I love everything about him. :heart:

Oh, BC, I LOVE him!!!! He is so gorgeous, I love the black and blue fade, the WINGS! Thank you for sharing, and I am glad despite everything that he came out wonderful!!!

I made his wings a couple of years ago. I would do them different now.
